Plenty of onsite parking with all new amenities. The home was built in 2019. The location is ideal, right near Auke Bay. Just a quick walk or drive away from Forbidden Peak Brewery, The Anchor eatery, Auke Bay Café, Squirez Rest (sports bar with a view), hair salons, Auke Bay Yoga and more.
