Our Pavillion is very private and tranquil. Chill out or visit the numerous Vineyards and award winning restaurants nearby. We are well positioned for you to explore our Pristine Surfing beaches, Swimmimg Beaches, Nature Trails, Caving, a Golf course near by, and the Margaret River for Fishing & Canoeing.

Located one street back from Margaret River township, only 500 metres to the river, nearby walking and infamous bike trails. The house has all modern amenities including: reverse cycle air conditioners/heaters in both bedrooms and in the open living space, large smart TV, free WiFi. It has 2 spacious bedrooms with king size beds and two adjoining bathrooms. Strictly no schoolies, no parties.

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.
