We had a great stay in Prince's apartment! It is a real home where you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay in Munich, either for holidays or business. The apartment is situated in a beautiful residential area, very well connected (bus, metro) with the centre and other parts of Munich. The lovely private garden and the fresh air give you the "holiday feeling". Prince is a dedicated host, charming, helpful and practical! Don't hesitate to book his apartment, it's important to feel like home when you're away from home :)

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll um „raus zu kommen“. Wir hatten alles, was man so braucht und Frank war wirklich sehr freundlich! Auch beim Check-Out durften wir sogar etwas länger bleiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Great location in the center of Augsburg with a fantastic view. Very clean apartment with everything that we needed. Much appreciated that you could buy a selection of drinks directly from the host. Generous and accommodating host who answered swiftly to all our questions. Would love to stay there again.

A very cosy place on two levels with lovely views and very well equipped with everything you might need during an apartment stay. I felt very much at home. The very friendly owners live in the same property so communication is easy. The place is a great starting point for lots of beautiful walks around the Schliersee area and beyond.

Super schöne Lage, weg vom Trubel und dennoch schnell an schönen und sehenswerten Spots in der Umgebung. Gastgeber sind äußerst gastfreundlich, alles wie beschrieben.

Top, Top, Top! Nächster Besuch ist schon gebucht. Eine tolle Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Sauberkeit war für uns makellos und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Danke

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung, für 2 Personen eigentlich schon viel zu groß. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und schön eingerichtet, alles gepflegt und sauber. Von der Lage her sehr ruhig, in einem Wohngebiet nahe Oberhaching. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus an der Straße. Ein Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt, der Bahnhof ca. 10 Minuten. So ist München-Zentrum mit der Linie S3 in ca. 25 Minuten sehr gut zu erreichen (einfache Fahrt in der Zone M 4,20€). Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war sehr gut, Rückmeldungen kamen umgehend und der Check-in sowie der Check-out waren komplikationslos. Absolute Empfehlung.

Heike ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sie ist sehr nett und kinderfreundlich, die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, man findet alles, was man braucht, die Sauna ist ein Highlight. Gerade für eine Reise mit Kids ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Schöne Umgebung. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Alles Bestens, Dankeschön

Das wunderschöne Loft war der perfekte Ort, um mit meinen Freundinnen einen gemeinsamen Abend zu verbringen. Es ist sehr schön gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank, liebe Roswitha!

Wir wurden von Christine herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war im modernen Landhausstil geschmackvoll eingerichtet und eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche lud zum Kochen ein. Der Bauernhof selbst war sehr gepflegt und idyllisch, in wunderschöner Landschaft mit Blick auf die Berge, grüne Weiden und Wälder. Aus der Badewanne konnte man die Pferde und vom Balkon aus die Kühe beobachten. Unser Sohn hat sich im sehr sauberen Pool wohlgefühlt und sich auf dem Trampolin austoben können. Trotz seiner Abgeschiedenheit sind die nächsten Orte schnell zu erreichen und die vielen Seen und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machten den Aufenthalt sehr kurzlebig. Christine war eine nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin und wir hatten eine sehr schöne und leider viel zu kurze Zeit auf Heimkreit. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder, um die schöne Umgebung und Gastfreundschaft zu genießen.

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

We just stayed for one night, my son was at a nearby soccer camp, but it was just what we needed. Super easy, flexible check-in. We parked the car and walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The room was located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The beds were extra comfy which I greatly appreciated after a long drive. Katharina was responsive and helpful. It was a great stay!

Super place. Birgit and Andy were such welcoming hosts and gave us great recommendation for a locals bar which was excellent. Very convenient for the Oktoberfest. Definitely recommend.
