Welford Cottage is a delightful 2-bedroom property, which forms part of a 16th century barn conversion development. It is a short 7 minute drive to Stratford Upon Avon and is close to the very pretty Cotswolds. It is warm, cosy and decorated to a high standard. There is an open-plan lounge/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, private patio and open access to a large communal lawn. It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

A light and airy cottage with an abundance of character and a lovely private south facing garden for alfresco eating. The cottage has been recently renovated and is very well equipped. A few steps away is "The Ebrington Arms" voted best village pub (TheTimes). There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.

On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden.
