Fantastic solo stay! Most communicative, responsive host I've ever had. Very good, clear instructions about everything well in advance. BEAUTIFUL area and cabin! Plenty of great hiking locally. Needed some peace after death in family and this is an ideal spot and size for single stay. If I were single, I would live here. Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed here for our annual Mother/Daughter trip. The cabin was spectacular! It had everything we needed and more. The hosts were so responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someplace to relax and enjoy nature.

Thomas was great about communicating from start to finish. The location of the cabin feels super remote and private, yet it's convenient to Rt 33. We stayed here during Moms' Weekend for OU. It was nice to be able to bring our dog to visit with my son. The hot tub was a nice feature, especially since it rained the whole weekend, and we didn't have much to do. The place was nice and clean. Definitely need a 4x4 to get up the driveway. The climb was steep, but even with all the rain, we didn't have any issue.

We’ve stayed at a number of cabins in Hocking Hills and this one is probably our new favorite. We loved how well cared for the property was, and that the decorations made it feel comfortable and inviting. The hot tub and fire pit areas were comfortable, and living up to its name, were great places to listen to the birds in the mornings and evenings. The attention to small things like the truly well equipped kitchen, providing some fire wood and starters, extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot something really set’s Todd’s place out from any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at.

This was our second stay, Colton was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed the hot tub after a long week and had some good laughs and fun playing pool and eating some good local food. Will be visiting again and telling friends/family of this little hidden gem.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay free of the outside noise. This was perfect as we were visiting our daughter at Ohio University - only 20 minutes away! If you're looking to unplug, this is perfect complete with a hot tub. No wifi and cell service is very, very spotty. We didn't mind! Erin was extremely communicative as there was lots of rain in the area and she kept her eye on the roads for us. We would love to stay again and take advantage of the fire pit and walking the grounds.

Nick's place was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The rental is very spacious and would easily accommodate 4-6 adults. Great proximity to several (dog friendly) hiking trails. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our meals and we also enjoyed cooking out on the grill and over the firepit. The front porch has a very peaceful feel and the latching gate is a nice touch for those with dogs. We would definitely recommend and return if we were in the area again.

We just got back home from our trip, and it was everything we thought it would be! We picked it because we could bring our fur kids with us. Beth had water bowl, food bowl, and tennis balls sitting out for us. There was a nice big yard for them to explore in too. The house was the perfect size for us. We spent a lot of our time sitting outside. There was no one staying there the night before our arrival, so Beth let us get there a little early. Would definitely recommend it, and may head back ourselves someday!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at Baileys Basecamp! It was peaceful and a little piece of paradise! The place was clean, included everything we needed, and well setup! We will for sure be returning for another stay in the future!

Super cozy, clean and comfortable. The cabin is decorated with charming old photos and memorabilia; I really liked that authentic touch. We only wish we had had more time to spend in the beautiful setting! Excellent communication from the hosts.

Lisa's cabin is excellent for a nice weekend! Beautiful area, quiet and cozy. The cabin is close to Athens for easy access to campus events. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Lisa supplied coffee and shower amenities, which is always appreciated! We would definitely stay again!

The cabin was comfortable and peaceful with beautiful woodwork and details inside and out. Perfect location for our trip with easy access to Athens and OU, but away from all the hustle and bustle. Hoping to stay again and longer!

Loved our stay! Very cute and clean cabin with a lot of extra things to use on top of everything mentioned in the description. The only complaint we had was that a couple of the beds weren’t very comfortable, but that’s to be expected. Overall, the perfect place for a girls’ weekend getaway!

Looks even better in person than in the photos! Had everything we needed and was away from the more touristy groups of cabins, but was less than 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do! The space is very clean and well kept.

This is a very relaxing clean cabin. There’s cold and hot water available. Perfect for instant morning coffee. The shower house is very clean and the property is very well kept.

Brand new cabin and very well constructed. Very clean and comfortable. Sometimes cabins can be furnished with 'inexpensive' (read: cheap) appliances, furniture, beds, etc. But this was not the case with this cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Stayed at the cabin during Ohio University's Dad's Weekend. Would repeat.

This was such a cute cabin for a couple days! When we walked in we immediately noticed how clean everything was. You could smell how clean it was and you could see vacuum lines in the carpet which was nice. Checking in & out was super easy too. We loved the card games that were available. Hot tub and fire pit was nice. Couches were comfy. We loved sitting outside on the porch, it was super calm and quiet. The only things were that the people before didn’t clean the dishes well, and the string lights above the hot tub didn’t work - but neither was a big deal. Overall, we loved it here and would definitely stay in this specific cabin again - but also stay with this company again!

My boyfriend & myself had the most relaxing weekend getaway here. The views are amazing, this truly is a hidden gem. To fishing the pond, enjoying the view off the back porch, or sitting in the hot tub with an open sky of stars. This was so peaceful for us. We enjoyed a couple stops over to Athens for some coffee (highly recommend court street coffee) & also did some fishing in our boat at strouds run (highly recommend also) Mark was an excellent host & we can’t wait to book again!! :)

It's a great place to stay! Quiet & peaceful. A place I'd definitely want to visit again. Not to mention the hosts were amazing! Very friendly & communicated well. Thank you for the great weekend!
