This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

Lindo y cómodo , tenía todas las amenidades que dice en la descripción , fue fácil de llegar y está cerca de varias cosas en auto . Greg siempre fue muy amable y su tiempo de respuesta fue rápido . De hecho se nos olvidó un celular y nos avisó q se había quedado ahí y nos dio el contacto de la house keeper para que pudiera enviárnoslo . Los alrededores hermosos Regresaría seguro .

Wonderful home steps from the gondola and the Vail bus service

Excellent location and great little place! Basalt is a really cute town and a lovely place to stay close to Aspen. This place had everything we needed!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Condo was clean, had plenty of dishes, and met expectations. The entrance is hard to find late at night in the snow, but trust the map. There are a couple flights of stairs to the bus stop, so factor that in to your time.

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to book again!

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

Amy was a great host! It was a last minute trip needing to accommodate my dog and myself. The place was clean and in a great location. I will definitely book here again in my future trips!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce havre de paix et de nature. Nous avons pu observer un petit écureuil dans un arbre tout près de la maison ainsi que des oies sauvages sur la rivière. Magnifique! mention spéciale pour la cuisine toute neuve et équipée et la vue sur la nature est à couper le souffle! merci encore pour ce beau séjour!

Our family trip was beyond SPECIAL ~ Linda's retreat in the Ruedi Reservoir was the most Perfect home for us!! Linda's attention to every detail had the home beautifully ready. The furnishings are so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was equipped for our every need. Bedrooms had cozy linens perfect for our early February stay! We were so pleased with our hosts being quickly responsive to our questions and needs. Hot tub was super relaxing and used frequently!! The views from the cabin and porches were AMAZING!! I promise we all look forward to our next trip ~ Basalt is the perfect small town with a wonderful selection of restaurants and activities.....and still close to Aspen for the bigger beautiful city experience!! The location is unmatched. Absolutely gorgeous! There is plenty of space, though the top bunk beds are very hard to access. Also, be warned that none of the bathrooms lock. The kitchen is wonderful, and we also loved all of the artwork in the home.

A true test of a host is how they react to adversity. Doug was proactive and highly communicative in resolving a challenge. Our stay was fantastic. Short drive to Glenwood and right on the river. Unit was well appointed with everything you need. Highly recommend this host and property

Loved my stay. Very easy check in and check out and a 10 minute uber from vail village. If you’re visiting vail definitely worth booking here.

Great place for our friends and family gathering. The place was clean, and beds were comfortable. The gas fireplaces upstairs and downstairs came in very handy and were easy to use. The kitchen was well equipped.

This was our fifth time visiting the Twin Lakes/ Leadville area and this home was our favorite by far! So comfortable, beautiful views, everything you needed and some! We had such a wonderful trip and with 3 teenagers/pre teens that’s already a challenge haha but this space was great for us!!

We had a fantastic stay at Vail Butler. The open layout was perfect for our annual family ski strip. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for home cooked meals. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room for all of our ski gear. The location was great too...a 2 minute walk from the front door and we were on the gondola. It's really hard to get much closer than this. Indoor, heated parking was also a plus. We also took full advantage of the hot tub. We loved how few people were using the hot tub. It was nothing like the Westin next door which was packed with people. The only thing that could be improved was check-in. We checked in at the Westin front desk and the front desk staff didn't seem to know what was going on with this unit. They did eventually figure out that they were responsible for making keys for us but they couldn't tell us anything else about the unit because Westin does not manage it. That said, we would definitely return...what a place!

We really loved staying at Chantal’s quiet home. It’s close enough to the village to have easy access, but also far enough that the location feels truly peaceful, private, and quiet. Her place was amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed to do some light cooking, stay comfy during the night with a humidifier, and do laundry.

Great place to stay in for a ski trip to beaver creek. Super close to ski shuttle and other restaurants. Beautiful view of the lake and cozy space to hang out in after a day of skiing. Highly recommend.

My family and I loved Diane's rental unit. It was perfect for our family. It was near a number of world-class ski resorts. Close to several grocery stores and other necessities. As well as a warm and inviting place for us to relax and unwind after long days on the slopes! I highly recommend this place to a group looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay while in the mountains!

Location is very covenient to ski at Vail and/or Beavercreek. Brit was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again when skiing in the area.

Ali’s condo was the perfect spot for our time in Aspen. It was in a quiet area but still walkable to restaurants and shopping. The interior was very well done and the amenities were above and beyond what we expected - especially the filled humidifiers in each room! Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Aspen.

Perfect fit for our family. The fabulous bathrooms and kitchen amenities were amazing after the day's adventures on the mountain. We all slept like logs on spacious bedding. The home was relaxing and comfortable! We enjoyed nesting indoors as much as the spectacular outdoors. Everything is well stocked so you can pack light. The kids loved the easy to access private heated pool and hot tub located right outside the building. It's lightly chlorinated and just right. Our family were the only guests using it. We felt totally at home and enjoyed the private residence without hearing any noise from neighbors. Instructions for using the pool, garage, and local free public transportation made our stay easy. We didn't need to drive anywhere after arrival. Walking paths and the lake connect to the back yard. Restaurants, shops, and mountain sports are accessible on foot or the free Avon bus line stop a short walk from the front door.. Hosts were friendly and very helpful.

We have stayed at Travis's place several times now and always find it great. He responds quickly if needed and the place is always in excellent condition.
