I love it here! The house, facilities, weather, etc all superb. Found my go-to place should I visit Khao Yai again.

Our group of 6 adults loved our stay at Birch Cabin. Would certainly recommend having a car, despite proximity to skii slopes, as the walk looked arduous. In our case, with a car, we had a great time with no issues. The place was as great as it looked.

Starting with the host first, Peter is super helpful and friendly, he provided clear instructions from the very first day I booked the place, and kept on checking continuously if we needed anything till the time of checkout. Sumith and Raja were helpful as well. Coming to the property, please note this property is in the middle of the jungle, so you get to enjoy wildlife and nature at its best, but please note not everyone has that preference So choice is yours, the place and property clearly matches the description and is perfect for someone who is looking to spend some time in nature in it’s pure and raw form

We loved the Bufi Log Cabin's cozy atmosphere. Christmas decorations adorned the place which added to the holiday cabin vibe. We got lost a bit in finding the place but Dollie was responsive and helpful in giving us directions. The location was peaceful and private as it was situated in a gated village. And for that we could enjoy an intimate family noche buena at the outdoor dining area. A plus was their caretaker who was very accommodating.

Wir hatten einen guten Start. Der Bungalow hat eine Leiter zum „Kinderzimmer“ - das war für unsere kleinen Kinder nicht so geeignet. Ansonsten war alles toll. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es Restaurant, Supermärkte und Massage und trotzdem ist die Lage ruhig. Für uns viel besser als direkt am überfüllten Kamala Beach zu wohnen. Wir haben gleich noch mal für die letzten Nächte vor unserem Weiterflug gebucht. Die Preise sind auf Phuket unvergleichbar hoch. Aber überall. Günstiger kann man n Hut viel besser wohnen, denke ich.

I am so glad I booked this homestay to gain a real experience of what Sa Pa has to offer. Mai's family was very hospitable and catered for all our needs. The property is quiet and great to walk the area amongst beautiful scenery. If you want to go into the main town it is easy and cheap to taxi in. We loved this place and highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay here! Place is near to some restaurants and convenience store. Goryu and Hakuba47 is a short drive away. Clean house with all the amenities that we need. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Gran estadía, muy recomendable! Fui de viaje con un grupo de amigos. Cada una de las tres recámaras tiene su propio baño, lo cual fue muy cómodo, pues cada quien tenía su privacidad . La casa es moderna, tiene un gran diseño y está completamente equipada. Los anfitriones son muy buenos. Me he quedado con ellos en otras ocasiones, y siempre he tenido una muy buena experiencia.

環境保護的很乾淨整潔，設備也都非常新穎沒有損壞！ 暖氣很強！房子的窗戶看出去，是絕美的絕景，能感受到建築師在設計開窗時，特別有考慮到可以看到東邊旭日初昇的美景！

Bhaveek been a great host and was very caring. During our stay, Manali was badly hit by flood and heavy rains but still staff managed to take good care of us within limited available resources. The property location is excellent and I will rank it as a 5 star property. We booked compete villa of 8 bed rooms and we had a great time. This property is in nature and around greenery but still close to Mall road and old Manaali ( just 20 minutes walk). Looking forward to have another stay during winter or next summer . Sensational! We had a wonderful stay at The Phat House! The layout was well thought out, providing plenty of privacy for the bedrooms while still having great communal spaces to gather. One of the biggest perks was the inclusion of four cars in the accommodation package - an incredible value that made getting around so much easier. The house also had beer on tap, which was a fantastic bonus and added to the overall experience. We did experience some issues with the heater (which has been replaced already) breaking down a few times, but Cam was always very responsive and quick to resolve the problem, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent amenities, and we’d happily return!

マップの位置は正しいのですが正直場所が分かりずらかったです。電話したところshirokinとGoogleマップにいれると場所が出てくるとのことだったのでそのような掲載をもともとしていただければいいなと思いました。 しかしその他に関しては100点満点といっても過言ではないくらい素晴らしいものでしたまた機会があれば利用したいと心から思います。

We had the most wonderful time! Denton was fabulous in communication and gave us so many suggestions of things we could do, places to eat at, best places to hire snow gear etc. The kitchen was fabulous with everything available to use so we could cook at home which was so nice to not have to go out every night after snowboarding all day. The house is close to the resort and very private. So much space for our family to really relax alone or come together on the huge sofa! If you have the chance to stay here absolutely do so! See you next year Denton!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, century-old chalet, beautifully renovated to offer modern comforts. The highlight is the stunning view of the Mondovi River, visible from the entire chalet—an experience that felt refreshingly different from our usual stays. It’s an ideal place for family and friends to gather, with a relaxed atmosphere and fewer restrictions compared to other places. A special mention to Mrs. Irvine, the caretaker, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only drawback is the limited availability of nearby stores for essentials. Additionally, the parking area opens directly onto the main street, which can be a bit challenging during busy hours. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and connect with loved ones.

5* Location: Right at the Dal lake waterfront -- almost a houseboat with blissful views and gentle breeze. But without the stench and hygiene issues of a houseboat. 5* Maintenance: Very nice interiors, clean linen and bath, small yet adequately functional kitchenette. And 24x7 hot water that was perfect for the cold weather. 5* Service: We were stuck in gridlocked Srinagar streets (due to Tulip festival) By the team time we checked in to the property it was very late in the evening (~9pm) Caretaker Musa Bhai waited patiently for us, even drove us to nearby restaurants and get dinner, helped plan our visits to Sonmrg, Gulmarg and other tourist attractions. Abid quick to respond to any queries. He helped find local tour operators. Only improvement I'd suggest is to install a RO Water Purifier. Felt guilty almost, consuming water packaged in plastic bottles. (btw this is across Kashmir hotels, not specific to this property)

This place is absolutely stunning! We had the best time here! The view of the mountains is incredible on a clear day…On a snowy night it’s so quiet and peaceful… Everything was brand new, luxurious and well designed! We really appreciated the espresso machine that we were able to have delicious coffee every morning with the coffee beans I brought from Kyoto. The front room with the space for jackets and ski gears is a huge plus! The house has both AC and floor heating so everything dried up super fast. We spent 4 nights here. It felt like the sceneries changed everyday. We almost didn’t want to leave the house to not miss anything! I don’t think I could ever get tired of that view… I would highly recommend to stay here for at least 3 nights! Emily thank you for this unbelievable experience!
