The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

Perfect for groups! We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was super easy, and the location is great—just a short walk to Hokkaido University. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is great, you can walk to Gion from there relatively quickly and it’s a nice walk down the river. The place was super clean and nice. The host is very responsive and helpful. Great stay, definitely recommend this property.

It was really close to a train station, about five mins away or less, and multiple convenience stores which helped with snacks after long days. Only thing to note is all three rooms are attached, so to get to the third room you must go through the first and second room. It wasn’t an issue for us but might be for those who want privacy. There was a bright exit sign in the first room which was bothersome the first night but we just covered it with a black shirt the next nights and it was fine. Overall would stay again.

communications with Naomi-san was smooth. the location was walkable from the train station. we saw Sakura on our way there. we were greeted by Baker who spoke English and was pleasant and helpful. we had a group of 8 people which was perfect and spacious. the place was clean. we enjoyed our stay and time in Osaka. checking out was easy. we saw Baker (again) and the owner who we thanked so much. we would definitely come back. Fantastic apartment with all the amenities a family might require - from a washing machine, microwave, water heaters, water purifiers, clean bedsheets, blankets, etc. The best part of the experience was the housekeeper, Robi who goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and looked after. The security guards, Proshanto and Noyon are also very helpful resources to support your stay. You feel secure and comfortable - and the balcony has a really nice view too! Highly recommend.

Osaka was our first stop in a multi-city trip to Japan. I could not imagine staying anywhere else to begin our trip. Yui was friendly and communicative from the moment we booked the reservation, and continued to reach out throughout our stay. There were 3 and there was plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the home clean. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Another highlight is how close the home is to everything. We were a 10 - 15 minute walk from Dotonbori and there were so many convenience stores nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone with 3-4 people traveling in a group, and I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Osaka.

The pictures do not do this place justice. This airbnb is absolutely worth the price. It looks even better than the already amazing photos. Super romantic and lovely. The host is very responsive, helpful, kind, and generous. What a great place to stay!!! Thank you!!!

Host Kanysh picked up from Airport and helped us to check in to the apartment. It was very nice of him to wait at the Airport. His place is very conveniently located with few good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. He suggested few good places to visit in Almaty. Overall we had a great stay at Kanysh's apartment.

Un logement très lumineux dans un quartier authentique, et un immeuble calme. Des produits (notamment fruits et légumes) frais, des petits restaurants (pho et banh mi) . Des habitants accueillants. Un lac à 100 m pour se promener. Si je reviens à Hanoï ce sera dans ce quartier assurément ! Une Hôte ( Nguyen) très gentille, serviable. Merci pour tout .

My family and I truly enjoyed our one-week stay at D3 Sisters. 🤍 The location is very accessible, and the host was responsive throughout our visit. It felt just like home. I’d also like to commend their caretaker for being proactive—especially when the water and gas ran out, they immediately took care of it without us having to ask. The property is conveniently located near stores, so it's easy to buy anything you might forget or need. The internet connection was also reliable, which allowed my husband and me to work remotely without any issues. We’ll definitely return to this place the next time we visit Baguio. Great host, unit and location. It is convenient to walk to St. Luke’s hospital, high street BGC, uptown BGC, SnR (Costco)! Thanks for the great stay. Unit was quiet, walls are thick concrete.

I stayed here for one month while working remotely here in Chiang Mai! I really enjoy the area around Chang Khlan road too, it’s close enough to both local and more “touristy” things to do as well. The apartment is well equipped for working remotely too, the WiFi is fast and there’s a nice table to work at as well. Staying at the Astra is quite nice as well. I enjoy the pool here as well as the gym and used both often. A bit of noise here and there, as many people stay here for shorter durations, but nothing out of ordinary. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Chiang Mai!

Picked this place to stay for a few nights before heading back to Canada due to its close proximity to NAIA 3. Definitely made the right choice. Although we had a lil bit of difficulty finding the assigned parking spot, the housekeeper Gemma met up with us and helped us find it. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and has pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Noise level coming inside the unit was also minimal which is always a plus. Lastly, the unit is within walking distance to the walkway connecting to NAIA 3 so you get to skip the traffic on your way to the airport.

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the garden in the veranda, which added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!

Rina's place is worth staying for a stress relieving travel. Its neat and very comfy place. Hope to stay again soo.
