This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

Angela's Mallard Cottage is spectacular! A four-storey beautiful, welcoming house that provided everything we needed for a special birthday celebration. We had ample space with the choice of comfortable bedrooms, the relaxing living room, a well-stocked kitchen space, and ambient garden with hot tub and bird song overlooking the trees and sunny skies. We couldn't have wanted for more! We loved the duck themed decor and the little touches everywhere to welcome us - the generous basket of food and drinks, a birthday card and chocolates, dressing gowns and slippers. What made it extra sweet was the fact we had our previously booked property cancelled at short notice that morning and so Angela and her team pulled out all of the stops to get the cottage prepared for us in a few hours. It saved the day and meant we'll always have beautiful memories of the weekend spent with old friends, in the cottage and the surrounding hillside walks.

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

Just like the pictures suggest, a modern well appointed house with great facilities. Comfortable bed (#1 priority) warm welcome and a brew on arrival - very welcome! Phil and Cath are very nice and very chatty and told me all about the Vicarage. After a good nights sleep, I slipped away early and didn't see them to say Thank You. Definite recommendation from me

I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

Woodsome lodge was the perfect home from home for our girly hen do weekend! Very peaceful, had everything we needed and easily accessible to Leeds city centre! Sara was extremely responsive, and very pro active! Sara helped advise us a wonderful private chef, Emanuelle, who designed us a menu around our hen’s favourite dishes, and then cooked us a fantastic 3 course meal with absolutely no washing up to do!! Would highly recommend!

Great accommodation in a great location, right in the middle of Hebden Bridge.

Exactly what we needed for a night away for a wedding. Usmaan was helpful and flexible and made our stay much easier. The instructions for check in were really helpful and the house had everything we needed for 5 adults to stay. Really appreciated the clear communication and flexibility. Thanks so much.

Had a really love stay at this property for a hen do. Really scenic location, host was welcoming and very friendly. Gave clear instructions on where to park, plenty of car parking spaces. It is on a steep hill, so just something to bear in mind. House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed! Beds were super comfy too! Thanks again Sara! x

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. The home is wonderfully spacious with a lovely layout that made it feel both welcoming and functional. Situated on a quiet street, it offered the perfect retreat for relaxation. The kitchen was a standout feature, equipped with everything you need and even a charming serving hatch that leads to the conservatory—such a thoughtful touch! The bedding was impeccable, smelling fresh and clean, which added to the comfort of the stay. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured that every need was promptly attended to, making the experience even more seamless. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightfu house near Manchester.

Lovely to be back at Danielle’s - just as clean and tidy as last time - exactly what was needed!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

A lovely, home-from-home stay at Linda's place. It really felt like staying in a lived in house rather than a stark hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped with loads of glasses and mugs, crockery, pans etc and oil and herbs provided. We made use of the washing machine and the outside drying space was great so didn't need the tumble dryer. Comfy beds and handy to have towels provided. The kitchen table was great to work from home and the WiFi worked perfectly. Nice garden and patio, and a quiet street with views of a grassy area with trees from the front of the house. Had no trouble parking two cars near the house. Check in and out was easy with a lock box.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cosy, and just like the photos. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area, which was exactly what I was looking for. If you’re going to the arena, it’s only a 10-minute drive really convenient. The best part was the bar the host has it’s really, really nice and adds a unique touch to the stay. Everything was reasonably priced too. The host was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!
