Having stayed at this condo complex in the past, I have to say that Unit 110 is probably the nicest and most comfortable. It was quiet, clean and so comfortable. The view from the first level windows feels like you are in a cruise ship. Debbie the manager does a great job communicating and arranging winery transportation at a reasonable rate.

The house was very roomy and well laid out. We loved all the windows that looked out on a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The shelves were well stocked, and the host provided useful kitchen and bathroom items, as well as books and games. The children made good use of the game room upstairs. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck. It was a wonderful place for our large family to stay.

Mary’s place was amazing!!! We booked it for a group of moms and daughters in town for a dance competition at Spire Academy (just a 5-minute drive away). It was the perfect spot for a girls’ getaway—spacious, extremely clean, well-stocked, and filled with fabulous amenities. (Our dancers loved the vanities and hot tub!) The customer service was the best I’ve ever received in an Airbnb or VRBO experience. There were so many thoughtful touches, right down to the stocked, delicious coffee beans, that made the whole stay feel truly special. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this experience was so delightful, I couldn’t pass up the chance to brag about this perfect getaway home!

The accomodation felt much bigger than on the pictures. We liked that two of the three bedrooms do not have windows which meant it was pitch black for sleeping. The view on the lake is amazing. Be aware there is no coffee, shampoo and shower gel available. There is plenty of towels, spices, toilet paper, hand soap. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, very warm and we had it just for ourselves. The unit is on level -1 same as the swimming pool so it's easy to access and great when you have forgotten something. We had a great time and would go there again if we're in the area.

Enjoyed my stay here. Matched the description. Clean comfortable. Would’ve Loved to had enjoyed all the amenities but we were out of season. The Nintendo 64 was nice nostalgic touch, greatly appreciated. Overall, great stay would recommend and would stay again.

This is a wonderful building with a lovely view. It’s quiet and well kept.

We had a great stay! The place was very spacious giving everyone a bed to sleep and the kids ample play to play indoors and outdoors. We’ll have to come back when the pool is open.

Perfect place for a girl’s weekend! House was done up super cute. Spent the majority of the time in the hot tub, which the weather was just the right kind of chilly for. Would love to be here when the pool was open and warmer weather to chill and eat outside. We didn’t get around to building a fire, but the pit area was nice. We ate all our meals out. Some good restaurants like Driftwood Point, Mary’s Diner, & The Farmer Butcher Chef Bistro. Wish we could have stayed an extra day or two!!!

Tina's place was the cleanest place we've ever stayed! Everything was perfect. We came to go to wineries and her place is within 10 minutes of all of them. Water pressure in the shower was also REALLY GOOD, which isn't always the case! Perfect stay and we can't wait to go back!

Great house for a family get-together. My parent's loved being surrounded by their kids and grandkids for their 50th wedding anniversary weekend, and this place made the hosting easy. Kitchen is very well-appointed compared to most rental places I have stayed, and the whole place is spacious and well-cared for. Multi-level back deck with Lake Erie views was the highlight! Thanks for such a nice stay.

This was a perfect place for an extended stay in the area. Very spacious, beautiful and serene decor, and plenty of amenities provided. Lisa was an excellent host.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The property has a large fenced in backyard which was great for when our pup needed a midnight bathroom break. The property is close to a dog friendly community park with great views of Lake Erie. We also enjoyed visiting many of the local wineries. Kelsey was very responsive, friendly and helpful. A pleasure to do business with. 😊

Felicia was very responsive especially when the electricity went out our first evening there. She contacted the utility company and power was restored within an hour.

We had a great weekend stay! I only wish the weather had cooperated so we could sit out back with a fire. We had just enough space for 3 adults and baby with a pack n play so it worked out perfectly! Thank you!

Very nice two level home completely refurbed and up to date. It has new flooring, is freshly repainted, fairly comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen, especially has a nice countertop and plenty of space. Large screen TVs are in every room with Roku so that was very nice. Heating and cooling works excellently the house quickly heated up after we arrived and turned up the temp. The house is a very nice, refurbed home. Lacked a bit in terms of supplies, may need to bring your own paper towels and napkins. The walls are a little thin so you may hear the other side of the duplex. Ashtabula is a blue color town. The neighborhood is quiet but a little on the rough side. There’s a very nice restaurant district nearby, but probably not walkable near the house.

The place was perfect for our girls trip! It was clean with comfortable beds. The back covered porch was perfect! Maureen left us coffee from a local shop and brought us a bottle of wine! Very nice and much appreciated! We would stay here again!

This is our second time staying here. James was super responsive and very accommodating. The house had everything we needed and was easy to get to. We spent the days out at the wineries and had relaxing evenings at the house. We will surely return!

Look no further for a perfect romantic getaway! The lake/beach was just down the road with great views <3 where we picnicked and walked everyday, it’s a decently private area with a park nearby. The home was squeaky clean, beautiful, and well furnished. There were also beach towels and other such small things available in the house for our use. The hosts Meg & Seth are kind, flexible, and very responsive. Overall this is a special place, we had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again :)

This house was perfect for my friends and I. It was so cute and had amazing updates. Everything was labeled making getting around the house a breeze. We would definitely stay again!

House was just as described! Excellent location for steelhead fishing, Grand River in the backyard and a short drive to several other streams and Lake Erie as well. Host made access very easy and offered recommendations for local wineries Thank you very much for use of your home for our trip!

Thoughtfully and beautifully designed/decorated home. Cozy, calming, modern, and well stocked. Outdoor space is lovely as well. Our three-generational family of 5 plus a dog all had a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Location is a five-minute walk to the lake front/town park where you get to view stunning sunset. 8-minute drive to the state park/beach (very clean) and the strip. Great place for a family!

A estadia na casa foi maravilhosa, tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e confortável. Apesar de ter um final de semana chuvoso, eu e meu esposo conseguimos aproveitar a hidro que permanecia quente a todo tempo. Conseguimos caminhar na praia. A churrasqueira funcionou perfeitamente e nos proporcionou um churrasco delicioso.
