Such a unique space. Cozy and homey, the original finishes were beautifully maintained and everything worked, the furniture well appointed and the beds were perfect. Very comfortable. The personal touches that Dahely added made the stay so much more enjoyable. Also, shower pressure was amazing. :)

Had a great stay here. Really nice beds, washer and drier work great, and WiFi is fast. Roku TVs so you can watch your favorite streaming services. Cozy little house.

The communication was great. That's really important if you're unsure about things. Kitchen was stocked amazingly well with things I needed for baking & cooking. Fenced yard & patio was enjoyed by everyone and there was plenty of room for 4 adult, 2 children & 2 small dogs. We will enjoy our memories made here in Medford Oregon!

We had such an amazing Thanksgiving stay in the snow. The house and snow-covered outdoors was amazing and was such a magical place for our family to gather. Laurel and Blake were amazing, responsive hosts, especially during a holiday week. Blake quickly fixed a propane heater problem caused by the extreme weather and completely saved our Thanksgiving meal. We were so appreciative of their responsiveness and care, and would love to come back sometime in the future.

I'm a repeat to King of Queens. Suzanne's place is perfect for my extended stays for work. My dog loves the fenced back yard. Suzanne is an amazing host! I always hope her place is available when I need to go to Medford! Highly recommend!

This location is truly a gem! I needed a place to stay for my daughter's late-night flight arrival in Medford and this location was not only very close to the airport but newly remodeled to reflect the historical beauty of the home with artful, intentional, comforting touches. The art was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and all of the welcoming touches made us feel immediately at home. I especially loved the antique furniture and pleasing details of the charming home. The ability to make hot tea and simple meals was also a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying here and will continue to stay when visiting Medford. Everything was perfect in my book. Very comfy bed, full kitchen and everything to make you feel like home. Minutes away from restaurants and shops and location is in a cul de sac so no traffic noise. We had an unfortunate accident happen and Blaine and Steffanie were so kind in letting us check out an hour later. I highly recommend this house, and they also have other rentals as well.

My best friend lives out of state so we rented this beautiful home to meet in the middle and relax with our two small pugs and also enjoy some wine tasting. Once you walk in and see the gorgeous landscape you realize you’re in a special place in nature. If you do bring a pup I recommend bringing a little dog gate and an out door blanket and enjoying the rocking chairs on the balcony deck stress free of runaways, it was the perfect way to spend a morning/sunset with a beautiful view of the rogue river. It was also great being a quick 4 minute walk to a local market with snacks and beverages. Added bonus - even the beds in the non primary bedroom are super comfortable and queen sized bunk beds with quality linens and comforters. I look forward to renting again!

We throughly enjoyed staying at Jerry's place! It was extremely relaxing and close to the family we were visiting. While the pool and river were great features, the highlight of our stay was Gemma the dog! My daughter has proclaimed her to be her oregon dog and wants to send her a Christmas gift this December. Jerry was an excellent host! 10/10 highly recommend!

This is such a beautiful home. The setting in the winery is an added bonus. Peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. We rented the entire house and it worked out well. There is the common room but also we had our separate bedrooms to retreat to whenever we wanted. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. The staff at the winery were extremely friendly as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. There wasn’t one bad thing about this place. It is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy a nice home. Even without renting the entire house you still feel like you’re the only one there. Such an enjoyable experience. Will definitely stay here time and time again. Thank you to Valisatie for being such a wonderful host. The house and property are beautiful.

Darline’s house is beautiful! We came for fishing but our fishing trip was canceled so we just ended up hanging out around Grants Pass and at this wonderful house. It is well stocked and Darline has thought of everything. There’s extra towels, even sanitized swim wear incase you forgot some for the hot tub or the pool! We were so pleased with our stay!

We stayed at Kirk’s place for Christmas and it was just perfect! The studio was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Fireplace was on for us and we were able to enjoy the amazing hot tub that night. We had a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two beds were beautiful and so comfy! Not your typical hotel style beds but instead soft and luxurious with thick comfy comforter. Shower had a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location is also very quiet and the river access was just lovely. Very kind hosts and super accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

Joel was very helpful. We needed a quick place to move for our home remodel which of course grew. The house is very nice and convenient. Bathrooms and towels very clean. The property was well cared for. The microwave is hard to use as its screen is very dark. We had to guess. This property is excellent.

This place was perfect for what I was looking for! So cute and styled with vintage items throughout. Pool was not yet ready which was ok considering I went there to fish. Caught a couple good sized trout right from the bank a short walk down the hill. Teresa was very quick to answer any questions, brought us extra blankets and was overall a great host! Very comfortable vintage style beds and parts of the kitchen. However the stove and fridge were newer and bathroom has a heated bidet toilet ( that can be used like a normal one) and a large walk-in shower with duel shower heads, one being a rain shower. If your looking for somewhere to sleep in a dark space, this is not it. Sky lights filled the room with light and told me when it was time to go fishing! Made a wonderful end to a long trip. Thanks again!

We loved our stay. It was nice and relaxing. Wish the pool was heated so we could get more use out of if.

Candace and RG's place is a real gem. We stayed for an entire month and enjoyed every day of it. The house is fully equipped for extended stays. If you are an outdoorsy type you will fall in love with their gorgeous property which has an extensive network of trails to hike. Candace and RG are wonderful folks and since we are now moving to the area we already have new friends. If you want to spend time in the Rogue Valley but stay out of the urban sprawl you'll be hard pressed to find a better spot. Five big stars!

Awesome Pet-Friendly space! Plenty of space for us and our furry friend, had everything we needed and an amazing backyard to spend time in between day-time adventures. Mark was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again our next trip to Medford!

From watching the sun rise with my coffee in the morning to watching the sun set with a glass of wine in the evening, Mary's cottage was a peaceful country getaway! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Quaint, Quirky and Quiet. Quant - peaceful little cottage on a wooded lot away from town Quirky - the spiral starcase had its own unique charm Quiet - away from the city, all I could hear was the nearby creek, bursts of frogs at night and the wind in the trees. Just the kind of stay I look for,

Highly recommend! We booked both the Cottage and Big Red Barn for a three-day getaway with another couple. Both were very well appointed with quality towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. There are also many special touches that make you feel welcomed. Beyond the lodging itself, the location is beautiful and such a joy with all the friendly animals, river, views, etc. The weather wasn’t great for us, so we couldn’t take advantage of the riverfront, fire pit, bbq, or other outdoor amenities. However, we enjoyed many local wineries and will come back for a future stay when it’s warm and sunny.

Tammie was very responsive and accommodating to our situation. The view from the house was incredible! Such a great place to have family!

Awesome cabin in the woods! It felt so private and secluded, even though we were 5 minutes from town. Great location and had everything we needed. Lots of wildlife, turkey's gobbling every morning by 5am. Deer walked through the yard every morning. Hot tub was perfect. Angela gave great local recommendations!

It was such a beautiful and cozy little quaint place, easy to walk to restaurants. It was so calming and welcoming. We will definitely book again love the hosts. They were so kind I could not have asked for a better little getaway.
