Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

Great location. short trips to so many beautiful beaches and bays. house is bigger than expected. down stairs was huge for 2 adults and 3 kids. No walkable shops nearby so take what you need, cafe was good when open. Lovely little village

White Sands was a great family house for two families including 5 children from age 15 to 7 with loads of space and a great garden. The house had everything we needed, is light and airy and very close to the beach as well as great for going to visit Dungeness and Rye. Karl was very responsive and provided lots of detail for when we checked in. Would highly recommend.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

This was a perfect place for a weekend get away. The flat is much more spacious than the pictures suggest and was clean and well equipped. Thandi was friendly and helpful throughout and we had a wonderful time. We'd love to come back again.

Alan’s room is good and tight, and next to O2, it’s a good place for visiting Greenwich.

We came to stay in Margate as a family of 4 during the Easter break. The flat is very close to a nice family friendly quiet beach that is still easy walking distance to the main beach. We found the flat quiet and peaceful but also very well located for Dreamland and other attractions. We had a slight mix up where not all the bed linen was provided but the owner was very responsive even late in the evening and sorted the problem quickly. A great stay, thank you very much!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Lavender Apartment. The property was very well presented, very clean, very well equipped and organised, and we were given a lovely welcome pack together with local information which were much appreciated. The facilities were excellent and the location ideal for our stay in Deal / Walmer. We would definitely recommend this apartment

The apartment was everything we could have asked for a short break in Tunbridge Wells,a 3 minute walk to the town center. The apartment was spotless we slept really well. The bathroom has a walk-in shower for us that was most useful . James greeted us and was living in the house about the apartment so was always there if ever you needed anything . A tastefully decorated and spacious apartment with great views of the city and even better transport links. Includes all you’ll need on a short or medium stay in London - with a well stocked kitchen, a modern toilet and a homely living room. Great for homebodies or if you’re attending a festival / event in London. The Victoria line is just a minute away and there are plenty of buses nearby. Tesco is just a few steps down the road and there is also a shopping mall 5 minutes away. The only downside would be no fan - which is not something negative about the place but more so climate change! Jan, the co-host, was lovely to meet and a great conversationalist. We had a great time, very accommodating host. The apartment is right on the beach with stunning views and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Great location to Dreamland and beach. Close to train station too. Great front and balconies. I was here on a solo business trip and this was perfect for me. I would come back with the family for sure. Hosts are very responsive.

The photos don't do it justice - the flat is literally a few steps from the beach, with sea views from the bedroom (from the bed!) and living room. Very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice clean stylish bathroom with shower and bath.

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.
