The apartment is very good and excellent for 5 people. It is very well located, you can walk to the center of Colmo. There are restaurants and supermarkets. Mr. Fausto was very friendly and was always available to help. I would definitely come back here.

Wir ware zufrieden, die Abwicklung verlief sehr einfach und unkompliziert. die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung.

המקום היה נהדר! טיילנו משפחה עם ארבעה ילדים והיה פשוט נפלא, נקי, מזמין, לא היה חסר כלום והסתדרנו מצוין. הבריכה, גן השעשועים הקטן והמיני גולף של המלון היו ממש כיפים. ממליצים בחום על המקום.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung sieht in echt noch ein bisschen besser aus als auf den Bildern. Meinerseits gibt es nicht zu jammern. Alles top gelaufen!

A very clean, very well kept apartment. Not the place you would call “homely”, very “clinical” instead but does a great job as location is very convenient with or without a car, host is incredibly responsive and friendly and the standing of the building is top notch.

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Luca hat uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen, das Apartment gezeigt und viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Das gesamte Haus ist frisch und mit sehr viel Bedacht und Liebe saniert worden. Das Apartment war super sauber, clever organisiert und es fehlte an nichts. Wir reisten mit unseren 3 Kindern zwischen 7 und 16 und hatten perfekte Bedingungen. Luca und Marco waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Die Parkmöglichkeit im Hof hat es für uns sehr komfortabel gemacht. Leider hatten wir kein großes Wetterglück und mussten auch früher abreisen als gedacht. Die Unterkunft und die netten Gastgeber haben uns die Tage aber sehr schön gemacht und wir würden jederzeit wieder und gerne für längere Zeit kommen. Vielen Dank Luca und Marco!

Tolle Lage, sauber, schöner Garten zum verweilen und ruhig. Konnten eine Stunde früher Einchecken und den Tiefgaragenplatz benutzen.

Sitio es maravilloso, increíble, la piscina, el acceso al lago, el transporte público al pie, todo de 10, lo único malo fue que había una cucaracha, pero lo dejo pasar porque más era lo bueno que este pequeño detalle.

Super emplacement, au calme loin des foules et très bien situé pour rayonner la région. L’accès au lac est immédiat.

5 minute walk from the train station, easy check in at the Hotel Unione. The apartment is in the same building and is very clean , modern and well equipped. Comfy bed and fold out couch. Great view from the balcony. Very good breakfast down stairs in the hotel. Thanks Laura!

Il soggiorno vista lago di como che scalda il cuore! Weekend nella cornice della splendida borgata di Rovenna, in una casa che combina perfettamente la calorosa atmosfera di una volta con tutti i comfort di un appartamento moderno. La casa di Carolina e della sua famiglia trasmette l’amore attraverso la cura di ogni minimo dettaglio e le attenzioni per l’ospite: tante piccole coccole a cui non si è usualmente abituati e che fanno sempre piacere! Consigliatissima anche per gruppi fino a 6 persone, noi programmiamo già il prossimo soggiorno qui 🥰 Grazie mille Carolina!

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war genau das, was wir gesucht haben: Ruhe in einer schönen und heimeligen Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und hat trotzdem einen unwiderstehlichen Charme. Entgegen der Beschreibung auf AirBnB gibt es neben den 2 Holzöfen Elektro-Heizungen in jedem Zimmer. So konnten wir es auch im Winter behaglich warm haben. Am besten gefallen hat uns das Panorama-Fenster im obersten Stock. Da lassen sich stundenlang die Berge und die Farben des Himmels angucken. Ein wunderschöner Ort! Gerne wieder!

We loved the place, the indoor swimming pool is big and warm. Bed was good, airconditioning worked very well. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone 🙂

This home is perfect for a family with dogs. The kitchen is well stocked, the garden completely fenced, beds comfortable and we felt very much at home. Meet and greet went really well. Thank you for sharing your home - we will definitely return!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the „Villa Maya“. The accommodation is in a quiet location and you can relax in the beautiful garden. There are many beautiful walks and we were able to walk down to the lake. The Check-In and communication was also great. We would be very happy to return to Bracchio and „Villa Maya“. The apartment was beautiful and spacious! Keep in mind this place is basically a hotel, and therefore, much of the needs of the stair met by the hotel staff on site. The pool was lovely and the location was good. Would definitely recommend this place.

Bobby’s place is in a unique, gorgeous location with a great view. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well equipped and Bobby clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome.
