Great place to stay! Building is easy to find using Google Maps! Very walkable area and located next to all the luxury shopping stores! Street performers played at night nearby making it feel magical! It’s not more than about a 10 min walk to all the major tourist sites! Washer was very nice to have!

With the train station nearby, Alesso's house is at the perfect location. The center of Florence is at walkable distance and we didn't have to take any transport during our stay. The house was clean and had all necessary furnishings for short stay. Thanks Alessio for hosting us.

Place is clean and cute! Close proximity to duomo, great shopping, and eateries! Host is very responsive and great! Prime location with easy checkin and elevators plus AC which I realized as an American traveling Europe is not common so it was a great feature. Also unit has a washer which is great. A cute kitchen with a big fridge, Would recommend staying here.

Adoramos a estadia em Siena! O apartamento é excelente! Muito bem localizado, limpo, amplo e confortável. O chuveiro é excelente. Marco e Beatrice foram ótimos anfitriões, muito prestativos e respondiam rápido todas as dúvidas. Inclusive no último momento, nos ajudaram a chamar um táxi pois não estávamos conseguindo. Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti con la mia ragazza , appartamento comodo, zona molto riparata e facilità di comunicazione con l Host che si è mostrata sin da subito disponibile. Punto forte la terrazza fuori col tavolo dove poter mangiare all aperto in totale tranquillità.

I would recommend Orvieto to anyone and this little house was an absolute gem, ideally placed and really ideal for a getaway. We definitely wish we had stayed longer☺️

We loved staying at Guido’s home! He was so welcoming from the time we booked our reservation and throughout our stay! He provided so many recommendations on places to see and things to do, I wish we had more time to do it all! After meeting Guido and Ingrid in person, I feel like we have made some new friends and hope we get the chance to see them again in the future!

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, Jessica was very helpful. Good neighborhood, and very close to bus stop. The apartment is quite spacious, equipped with heater and air conditioner.

I am just going to echo what many reviews have said, Cosimo is the best, place is amazing, location is great, all amenities you need are there, absolutely exceptional!

We had a two night stay at Lorenzo’s apartment which was very easy to find and incredibly central for all the tourist areas. Apartment was very well furnished, clean and had a view of the Duomo too. Lorenzo was available to answer any questions we had regarding best local restaurants which was very handy. Thanks !
