Beautiful neighborhood and home! The bed was very comfortable! We did not meet Alyssa personally, but we did see her husband who was very friendly! I text Alyssa a couple of times and she responded quickly and was very helpful!

CJ and Tammy were great hosts. My plans were last minute and they were flexible and helped me make it all happen. The house and studio are beautifully done and make you feel right at home. You can see and feel the hard work and effort the hosts put in to ensure their guests have the best experience. We look forward to visiting again.

This was the cutest house with the best appliances. The location was so pretty. We will definitely be back!

What a perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet nice, relaxing stay and very close to everything and Baton Rouge then this is it for you. Everything work so perfectly the beds are comfortable nice big refrigerator very close to grocery stores basically close to everything that you ever need, I will definitely stay there again if I’m back in town

Place was exactly as described. Very easy instructions to access the property. Very welcoming on my arrival. Also have a very friendly dog. This place absolutely fit my need. I needed a place that was comfortable, private, and safe, not far from the LSU campus with all the amenities of a small apartment. This place had it. Very clean. Comfortable bed and homey property. I was not there long, so I didn’t have an opportunity to use the kitchen or the backyard but it is available. The room has a balcony that overlooks the backyard, which is beautiful and serene. Honestly, this is a hidden gem. I would stay there every time I went to Baton Rouge if I could.

I did not find information on the type of coffee maker ( but he did get right back with me) . Also a listing on what type of bathroom amenities are provided.

IT WAS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY ME AND MY KIDS REALLY ENJOYED THE STAY AND WILL RECOMMEND IT AGAIN

Overall this property accommodated our group of 12 people and 2 dogs for Mardi Gras, we slept comfortably and were surprised by all the appliances that the house had. Only thing is, this property needs to be revamped. Rugs were dirty in the ensuite bathroom, shower has mold and was stained. We brought some cleaning supplies to kind of fix this but that was the only thing. I would recommend this for a group trip, ESPECIALLY IF they revamp the property. 1 hr or so from NOLA.

It was so peaceful and quiet i wil def stay again if working in That area. Everything was excellent. Joshua the host was very nice and quick to respond.

Nice place for a quick getaway, host was very responsive and made check in easy. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter loved reading a book on the balcony and going for a night swim. I loved the quick reply from the host if I had any questions and the convenient location of everything. This place is definitely a 1-stop shop and the home has everything you need, so there was no need to go the store for anything once we arrived. Also, I accidentally left some belongings and the Host notified me before I was even out of the area. Very accommodating and appreciative! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Yancey is probably one of the kindest and friendliest people you'll ever meet and we felt right at home during our visit. We mainly spent our time on the dock baiting worms and catching the local species (she caught 15 or so, I caught 1.5) and just taking in the peace and quiet. This is a great spot in a beautiful area owned by a very warm and welcoming host and we look forward to coming back someday.

Steve was amazing, and very welcoming and friendly. The place is really gorgeous, especially the dock. You're right on the water, and you wake up to the beautiful sunrise out of the windows. You can fall asleep to the sounds of wildlife, and wake up rested and refreshed. Highly highly recomend.

We spent a month at Catie's cabin on the river and couldn't have been more pleased. The cabin is rustic and comfortable, not unlike something you would have been happy to find a generation ago, but absolutely modern with great wifi and cable TV. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, everything (and I mean everything) you might want. Very quiet on a dead-end road meaning there was no vehicle traffic. Just the occasional boat drifting by. Catie responded immediately if we had a question. This property is a real find and a bargain. We were delighted to find it.

We had such an awesome weekend here. Everyone was so nice and so many activities. Something for everyone and got us all off our devices and playing like we were little kids again. Not overcrowded for a spring break weekend either. We will def be back!

thanks a ton for accommodating our group at the last minute. pour place was just what we needed. clean, cheaper than multiple rooms and close to the strawberry festival. hope to visit again
