This is one of the cleanest and best airbnb’s that i have ever stayed at. My wife and I both loved the space, how amazing it smelled and how convenient everything was. This included that fact that Khalid left us both new toothbrushes and toothpaste. I would definitely stay here again and very highly recommend the place.

Tina has a heart of gold 💛 she’s kind and genuine. She’s a great resource for travel recommendations and is well connected. She was able to connect me with a great tour guide. Her place definitely home away from home and in her place you will find peace . It has beautiful view of the city. It’s perfect location to walk enjoy the safe city of Muscat. Staying out her place made memories that will last for lifetime so grateful ✨🙏🏽 that I stayed here. I highly recommend her place.

Mohammed is a great, responsive and a very helpful host, who is willing to listen to your requests. The house is spacious and very clean. Come with 3 toilets and the packed with amenities. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very equipped and water are provided.

Stayed couple of days in the apartment with my family. The apartment is very spacious, clean, with all necessities and comfortable. The area is quiet and well located, near the old city and near the beach. We had an amazing stay and we would definitely come back. The owner is also very reactive.

We has a great time in this apartment. We immediately felt like home! The apartment is very cosy and clean. You‘ll find everything you need. Faris was very pro activ and easy to reach. He even left some delicious dates in the fridge for us. Thanks for the great time - you deserve the status „super host“!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir konnten sogar noch kurzfristig verlängern. Wir waren bereits mehrere male in Sifah und das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung. Somit alles ganz passend und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

During my one-day stay at the Old Muscat property, I experienced a villa with great potential. The spacious home is modern and well-designed, featuring a convenient lift that adds an extra touch of luxury. Although the villa appears nearly new and the beds are comfortable, a few details need improvement. For instance, towels – even hand towels – were missing from every room, and the rooftop lacked chairs, tables, or a barbeque grill. Also, there was no washing machine or provided drinking water. Nonetheless, these minor oversights can be easily fixed. Nestled in the heart of Old Muscat, the villa is ideally located just minutes from the old Souq, Corniche, Al Alam Palace, and the National Museum of Oman. The property is clean, elegant, and perfect for families. Asaad was exceptionally responsive and helpful, ensuring a cozy, pleasant stay. I highly recommend this charming retreat for anyone visiting Muscat. A delightful stay in a calm oasis. Truly 10/10 experience!

Sehr schönes Haus wo Wir Uns wohl gefühlt haben.Modern mit Komfort.Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.Ich und meine Tochter haben den Nespresso besonders genossen. Die Lage im einen Resort und rumherum ganz viele gleiche Häuser.Wenn man Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht ,ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten sehr kooperativen,netter Besitzer der schnell reagiert hat auf unsere Nachrichten uns sogar extra für Uns ein on Top gelegt hat indem er jemanden organisiert hat um unsere Auto sauber zu machen.Dafür nochmal großes Danke!Unterkunft zum Empfehlen!Als kleines Verbesserung Vorschlag-Sonnenschirme bei den liegen wären toll,da ansonsten kein Schatten am Tag.Auch auf der Terrasse sitzen nur nach Sonnenuntergang möglich oder in sehr frühen Stunden.Kurzer weg zum Meer.Als Tipp-falls Du grillen möchtest-kauf ein bevor Du dort ankommst in großen Supermarkt von Mascat,da dort gibt es nur Mini Laden wo kein Fleisch etc.gibt.Hätten Wir es früher gewüsst wäre Unsere Aufenthalt noch toller.

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

Magnifique maison de luxe avec une incroyable piscine et un joli extérieur. Logement spacieux et propre. Je recommande ce logement si vous avez un véhicule. Pensez à faire les courses avant dans un hypermarché. On a adoré avec notre fils de 4.5 ans.

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. The place was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in was smooth and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location was great, quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I felt right at home and truly appreciated the attention to detail. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The appartement is very well equipped and Zahir was really helpful in making arrangements.

We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!

Khalid is a kind-hearted and wonderful host, offering to help when he can. He welcomes his guests with open aend and treats you like a good friend. We had some lovely conversations; he is an intelligent and interesting person to talk with. Also he is knowledgeable about Oman, and is happy to give you a tour. I wish I could spent more time. the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

Amazing apartment, perfect for exploring Oman by car. Lovely amenities, it was as described. View was fantastic with huge windows! Well accommodated for families and a handy balcony with washing machine. Host communication was excellent :)

Emplacement de rêve, appartement/villa de style méditerranéen sublime, quartier résidentiel... Tout était à un niveau d'excellence rarement vu! Ce que mes amis et moi-même avons adoré ? Absolument tout! Ce que nous avons détesté ? Le moment où il a fallu quitter l'appartement pour rentrer à Paris...! Zahir et son équipe sont aussi discrets que sympathiques, aussi efficaces que professionnels. Expérience à revivre les yeux fermés. Un produit AirBNB à recommander sans l'ombre d'une hésitation. La belle plage de Qurum Beach est atteignable après un bon jogging, un énorme hypermarché très achalandé est à proximité immédiate de l'appartement, et le calme est garanti ! A très vite, sans hésiter, et merci à Zahir.
