Mahir is an exceptional host! His place is exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and perfectly located and very private with a wonderful mountain view! But what truly sets him apart is his warm hospitality and attention to detail and quick response. From the moment we arrived, Mahir made us feel welcome and at ease. He was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. The villa is beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and toiletries. We highly recommend Mahir's place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway. L’appartamento è bellissimo, nuovo, pulito, elegante e dotato di tutti i confort. Disponibile la piscina riscaldata del villaggio. Parcheggio difronte alla casa. Bella la terrazza vista mare. L’host è molto gentile e disponibile. Ha risposto sempre subito ai nostri messaggi. Self check in perfetto.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was wonderful, the location was spot on, and the flat was super clean. It would be awesome to have a microwave in the kitchen and a decent coffee machine, but honestly, everything else was perfect!

Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

Had a lovely stay in As Sifah at Sara’s place. Enjoyed the beach front house thoroughly with peace and quiet around. The house was very clean and spacious, and we felt really at home there. Sara was available and proactive in her contact, recommended restaurants and activities, as well as checking up on us. 10/10 would recommend if you consider a few days away from Muscat to enjoy serenity and beautiful environment Al Sifah has to offer!

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.
