Cannot recommend Beachside on Twentieth more highly. Spotlessly clean with everything you would want in the apartment, but just 30 seconds walk from the front balcony is Murray’s Beach. Walk north over the headland to Boambee Headland, south the Sawtell’s Main beach and onwards to the Rock Pool. A 25km return bike ride to Coffs all off road and safe for the kids. A 10 min stroll to town or a 20m walk to the Hilltop Cafe for morning coffee. The apartment is so well appointed with quality appliances and cooking equipment to make eating in a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit to Sawtell already. Thank you Pete!

Julie and Eric were amazing hosts, e.g I was running late getting to the air B&B and Julie sent me a message wanting to know if I am okay and maybe got lost. when I got there late they were still there welcoming me. Then there were the wonderful breakfast goodies the next morning. Julie gave me so much information about the area and where to go. I highly recommend this place, its beautiful and tranquil. Thanks again, I hope to go back

We booked last minute at this place, and Michelle was quick to reply and accept the booking. We felt very look after, and the place was very clean, and a great place to stay. Close to the beach and town, we loved staying here.

We had a great time staying here, so close to the beach for lovely walks or just sitting watching the waves come in. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We definitely stay again and recommend to others.

My daughter and I stayed here on our back from Qld to Sydney. Kaye and David were great easy to communicate with. Great supply of coffee (we are nurses) and breakfast supied was just right. Bathroomis awesome comfortable bed and beaut linen. Easy walk to the beach with kangaroos, scrub birds and nature on the way. Lovely spot

Perfect spot for access to the beach, walk ways and restraunts (espectially the icecream shop). big windows with slight view of the ocean, and a good view for sunsets. A clean and comfortable stay.

We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

We had a really great stay at Cheryl’s place. Location is great. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly need. We particularly loved the outdoor area. Would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place to others and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, modern, laid back and within very close proximity to the beach and the town centre, a fantastic place to stay and would love to come back one day with our two dogs as well as it's a very well catered for place. The deck overlooking the backyard was a lovely place to sit and play games with the kids whilst it was raining. Thank you Pauline!

We love coming to Broomshead to relax by the seaside. Beach haven was the perfect spot for 2 families to unwind and enjoy each other’s company while also having space to find time alone. Plenty of comfy spots to read a book on the wrap around balcony and enough space for the kids to happily play footy in the yard and handball too! Conveniently just across from the beach which was so handy when needing to pop back for lunch before heading back for more beach time in the afternoon. Excellent location and little touches from the host with coffee pods and laundry detergent provided as well as some staple items for cooking and plenty of crockery/pots and pans! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Great stay! Convenient for road trip along the coast

We stayed here for a week with our teenagers. The peaceful cul-de-sac location with the sound of the ocean was brilliant. Gorgeous walks along the beach from the back gate were divine. Woolgoola is only a short drive away for supplies. The house was well equipped, clean and we hope to return. Thanks

The cottage is gorgeous, beautifully presented, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return when we next stay in Coffs.

Wow!! From the moment we walked in, it honestly took our breath away! We travelled as a family of 4, mum and 3 boys and this spot was just what we wanted, right on the beach, literally just step outside the door. There is a seat just outside which is the perfect viewing platform to watch the kids swim, fish and play while enjoying a coffee in the morning or wine for sunset (of course when we weren't down there enjoying the beach with them). The house itself has been renovated perfectly and set up for a stay with everything thought of including a basket of blankets by the lounge for the cooler evenings when the doors are all open and the waves are crashing outside, it was just so cosy! The bedroom linen was also pristine, it really gave the stay a touch of luxe and the lovely beach sarongs/turkish towels were great to utilise for our quick ocean dips out front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee machine and pods was thoroughly appreciated. We loved our stay!

This was our second stay at “Treetops” and once again it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is not only beautifully appointed but offers stunning views from the veranda. “Treetops” is also ideally located and within walking distance to main beach, the park and restaurants/cafes. We look forward to returning to “Treetops” again in the future!

Thank you so much Ken for such a comfortable stay at your beautiful apartment & thank you also for the welcome chocolate (this was appreciated and enjoyed following a long day of travelling) The apartment was so well appointed with all the comforts of home. We had a couple of days with heavy rain so didn't get to venture out but this wasn't an issue as the apartment set up made it so easy to relax while enjoying the amazing views. From relaxing in the pool, followed by a spa in the main bathroom to cooking a BBQ while enjoying the stunning views, comfortable beds, fabulous water pressure in the shower and not to mention the beautiful cross breeze that flows throughout the apartment on a warm day (as the name suggests - Seabreeze, you definitely get this), we felt so relaxed at the end of our 5 night stay. For future visits to Nambucca Heads, we have now found our favourite place to stay. Thanks again.

Neat and tidy apartment in a small, quiet block. Lack of aircon and wifi wasn’t great but for what you pay it’s a comfortable place in a great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Thanks for a comfortable stay Dan.

Great apartment right in the middle of town. Very short walk to beach pub cafes and other shops. Spacious apartment with a great outdoor area.
