Loved it!! Very easy check in instructions. We used the Lace Market car park just because of personal preference and 1 min walk. Paul left us a few treats which was lovely of him. We was there for the arena and was so close and convenient. The bed was the best I ever slept in!! We will be back for sure. Paul was chatting throughout to make sure we was OK and had everything wr need. Also, early check in option helped us a lot. Thanks Paul for a great stay!

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Stayed for a couple weeks while we were looking for permanent accommodations. Richard’s place was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed during the transition. Great walkability to a grocery store and several places to eat and drink. Also very close to several bus routes and a 20-25 minute walk to city Centre. He is quick to respond and laid out entry instructions so it was easy to get in after a 20+ hour day of travel. Only learning curve for me was 2nd floor means top floor, so two flights of stairs (in America the ground floor is considered the first floor) so be mindful of steps to apartment! Haha would definitely stay again and recommend to people visiting.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

I had a very enjoyable two weeks here and have only good things to say. The location is absolutely perfect: close enough to everything but not so close as to get all the noise. The flat has a lovely view of the city and you can see the illuminated castle from the panoramic windows. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of storage space even for a long stay. I had the opportunity to briefly speak with the owner and she was very nice and helpful.

Great stay at Simon’s penthouse for a long birthday weekend. A large space with everything you could need. The terrace and hot tub were incredible and a sun trap from morning to evening with great views. A stones throw from Southwell high street and the minster. Simon was very helpful moving the booking forward a week at the last minute and was quick to respond to any requests during the stay. There are a few things that need fixing or updating but all in all a top notch apartment in a great location, and nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of a great weekend with family.

Ciara's flat is in a really beautiful part of Nottingham next to the castle and within easy walking distance into the centre of Nottingham. The flat was spotless and had lots of extra touches like hot water bottles, beautiful bathroom products and essentials for the kitchen. Ciara was super helpful and always responded straight away. We will definitely be back.

Rebecca was very responsive after the fob initially not being in the lockbox. Main entrance was hard to find from car park but once settled in was nicely situated. Lovely apartment & would stay again.

We had a Lovely stay, i thought it could of been a Boutique hotel the place was lovely, the decor was delightful, the mix of modern and vintage i loved, the outdoor space for the dog was great, we couldnt fault this house, i loved the open space in the kitchen diner, the location was great , The Loaf bakery round the corner was amazing, and we didnt have to travel far to get to anywhere like matlock.and the tramway round the corner, we will be staying again, Thank you for a Lovely stay.

Everything as described in the add and very helpful when requested late check out. Would 100% stay again would of booked the week after if was available but unfortunately was fully booked

On arrival Kate greeted us at the front of mill house to the smell of home made scones. Plenty of easy free parking. Kate showed us around the house and made us feel welcome. She had left fresh milk, bread, crisps, biscuits and jam and cream to go with the still warm scones. Day one we sat in the gorgeous garden overlooking the stream with the ducks and ducking in the stream. Day 2 went on an Easter trail to a local heritage place, day 3 drove to Lincoln which was beautiful at the top of the hill in the cathedral quarter bit of a party town at the bottom but worth a visit. In the evening we visited Bella vita the Italian restaurant opposite which was lovely food. Day 4 and day to come home could have stayed longer and a visit to major oak at Sherwood Forest. Kate was amazing and replied to messages swiftly about places to go etc. our granddaughter loved a visit to Kate's beautiful garden a play on her swing. The house was immaculate and cosy, and the beds were so comfy.

Lovely home! Super clean, really big, had all amenities we needed, parking available at the back of the house which was perfect. Kate was really helpful and very communicative. Only note is that it is on a main road so front bedrooms are quite loud at night with passing traffic, but otherwise quiet location. Would stay again :)

We had a lovely stay at Manisha’s place with a group of 7 friends. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a nice area. Manisha was super accommodating and even let us check in early, which we really appreciated. We also arrived to find some sweet treats left for us—such a thoughtful touch! Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The house was just the right place for a family weekend. Everything was clean and well organised. There's a lovely little park a minute away for younger children and shops were conveniently close. Our host was helpful and the living and dining areas were comfortable and cosy. There's plenty of space for everyone - would definitely recommend.

Great Central location that worked very well for my visit to Nottingham. George and Kieran are very prompt to respond to queries and extremely helpful, especially for suggesting alternative parking facilities for a large van that was too tall to fit under the courtyard archway! Super comfy beds made it the perfect place to crash for the night!

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

Phillip was really helpful and made us feel right at home. The Airbnb was even better than the photos and the area was so peaceful but still close to the city centre. We would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Lovely garden. Close to centre of Southwell. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. Host left essentials in fridge and eggs too which was highly appreciated.

Beautiful lodge in a quiet surrounding just perfect to chill for a few days. Excellent very well maintained little extra made this well worth the money, though we didn’t see our hosts and this is most definitely not a negative as we prefer that we also knew that if there was anything me required or needed they were on hand. Highly recommended.

A great central location right by Hockley so you will never be short of places to eat well and a stones throw from the center of town to get around. The apartment was modern and had everything you need for a long stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a base in central Nottingham.

Ideal place for our needs. The flat is very clean, comfy bed and has off road parking. Beautiful area for a walk around a local reservoir which is only a few minutes walk. A local pub which is about 15 minute walk.

Very clear instructions for finding and getting in the appartment. The area was very cozy and really beautiful to walk around in. The appartment had everything I needed and a lot of useful instructions. Would come here again when visiting Nottingham!
