What a beautiful apartment and location. Once we made our way to the apartment from the train station (Carnoles), Marco was waiting for us and showed us around the apartment. Apart from the sunrise over the water every morning, you are literally steps from everything that Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin has to offer. Food shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Coco Fruits are just up the street (Av. Aristide Briand). And just a 15 min. walk along Av. du General de Gaulle and you are in the center of Menton. The Carnoles train station is also a 15 min. walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are top notch. The bed is very comfortable and we love falling asleep to the sound of waves. There are even beach chairs for taking to the beach (5 min. walk) should you decide to go for a swim (doable even in February). Any questions we had were answered by the hosts within minutes and they were always available.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen. Der atemberaubende Meerblick hat jeden Moment besonders gemacht. Unser Gastgeber war sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam und stellte sicher, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für eine fantastische Erfahrung!

Great apartment with a wonderful view! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the sunrise! We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment correspondents exactly to the pictures and the host was very easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is also very nice. The apartment is just by the seaside, there are walking paths and restaurants nearby and Menton is just a short walk away.

C’est un séjour formidable, l’appartement était tel que décrit.Valérie a été très proactive ,répondait dans la minute et toujours prête à ce que l’on soit satisfait. Une hôte en or . Je relouerais cet appartement sans hésiter. Je le recommande fortement.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement. Il est confortable et très pratique. Il est surtout très bien situé. On peut y venir en train. Sinon, on pose la voiture sur le parking et tout peut se faire à pied ou en train. A deux minutes de la gare de "Carnoles - Roquebrune", 2 minutes de la plage, 3 minutes des commerces à pied. L'ensemble était très propre et nous avons pu échanger très facilement avec les propriétaires par messagerie. Bref, je recommande. Attention, l'appartement n'est pas grand, il faut donc être organisé pour pouvoir y passer du temps à 4 personnes.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Menton. Notre appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre, proche des commerces. Très pratique pour voir les défilés de la fête des citrons. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rosa. Un parking pour notre voiture. Visite de la région en train très pratique. Nous allons garder un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Mein Mann, unser 12 jähriger Sohn und ich hatten tolle 12 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Sie entspricht komplett der Beschreibung von Giulia. Der zugehörige Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und war sehr großzügig zum Einparken. Die Lage der Unterkunft (sehr ruhig und doch zentral) war hervorragend für die vielen Ausflüge entlang der Küste und ins Hinterland. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Garten abstellen, der sehr schöne Zitronenbäume, eine Tischtennisplatte und Stühle sowie einen Tisch zum Verweilen enthält. Die Umgebung hält viele Caffes und Restaurants bereit. Unser Sohn muss sich glutenfrei ernähren und wir fanden direkt eine Straße weiter eine hervorragende Pizzeria (My Dream), die eine exzellente glutenfreie Pizza herstellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Alain is an amazing man with very high personal culture. You can count on him in every situation. I was welcomed very nicely and pleasantly surprised by what I found in the fridge. Thank you Alain. The apartment is super clean and nicely decorated with a fantastic view of the Monaco skyline. I am impressed and highly recommend it. It was a great two weeks.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Schöne Wohnung auf verschiedenen Ebenen in einem alten italienischen Stadthaus mit kleinem Balkon zum Meer! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders die gemütliche Küche mit dem Fenster zum Meer war unser bevorzugter Aufenthaltsort. Die Betten sind bequem und auf den Sofas im Wohnzimmer kann man gemütlich sitzen. Der Kontakt mit Tatjana war nett und problemlos! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Je me suis sentie dans l’appartement de Raffaella comme dans un cocon. J’avais besoin de calme et de repos et j’y ai trouvé tout cela. L’appartement ne manque absolument de rien. Tout y est ! Il est très lumineux, le balcon est très agréable pour le petit dej et en soirée. Tout est d’une propreté remarquable. J’ai adoré la vue sur les collines, c’était extrêmement reposant. La mer est à 1 min à pied à peine, le carrefour city également, la boulangerie également, un petit restaurant sur la plage le cocosun à 2min, la gare de Carnolès à 10min à pied, le centre « ville » moins de 10min aussi, en résumé l’emplacement est top. J’ai demandé un petit siège pour m’installer sur la plage, et le lendemain il était mis à ma disposition. Ce sont des hôtes très sérieux et qui feront tout pour vous offrir le meilleur séjour. Je vous les recommande. Je reviendrai, c’est sûr.

Absolutely gorgeous and tranquil place. Fully equipped very clean apartment. It’s in a convenient location, close to the train and close by for hikes and walkable to Menton, France and local authentic food and flea market. Truly breathtaking view! Plus, having a very responsive and friendly host is a great bonus! I sincerely enjoyed my stay.

Shae was an absolute wonderful host. Provided even the best route to save us time and energy walking to the Grimaldi Forum. Would highly recommend!

O apartamento é incrível: amplo, bem decorado, tem todas as comodidades anunciadas e muitos outros toques que nos fazem sentir em casa. Cápsulas de café, frutas, temperos… não faltava nada! O acesso a Mônaco e Nice é super fácil, os ônibus funcionam super bem! O conforto de ter uma garagem exclusiva é um diferencial também! O Promenade da vizinhança é incrível!!! Vale uma caminhada diária para começar ou terminar bem o dia! O espaço vale todas as estrelas possíveis na avaliação!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni di riposo in una location ben organizzata, pulita e con una splendida vista. Andrea è sempre stato disponibile e gentilissimo. Ci torneremo appena possbile.
