Gorgeous Two Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of the City.

We have stayed in several Mt Pleasant airbnbs over the years and this is I think our favorite so far. The decor in this space is especially nice and cohesive. You can tell a lot of thought was put in to making it feel homey. We especially loved the patio area. It was perfectly maintained and ready for us to have quiet visits with old friends at a moment's notice. There were some items in the apartment that need the host's attention (lightbulbs out, battery was out in the ceiling fan remote, fixtures in the shower were full of mineral deposits and rust). The cookware also could use replacing. When we brought some of these items to the host's attention, as we were staying for 5 nights, we did not receive a response. However, those minor flaws nothwithstanding, we really enjoyed our stay and feel that this apartment was exceptional when compared to the usual DC fare. We would gladly stay here again!

It is a great location for us with a car as we park in the North Bergen park and ride for the day. The bus takes us right to the heart of New York City. Ferlinda was very helpful in all the communication and the place was clean, spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and we were glad we booked this place.

We were in DC to work the Inauguration so the location was ideal to get to where we needed to be in a timely manner. Communication was great, The host went out of his way to accommodate. The house is lovely.

Fabulous Private Potomac Waterfront Retreat

This is a lovely and spacious home in a beautiful setting along the Potomac River. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck with our morning coffee or in the evening, watching the sun set or the deer along the river. Those views were also available in the spacious living room facing the deck. The kitchen was well appointed, which we always appreciate when cooking meals in and the beds and linens were nice and comfortable. There were games available in the closet and my adult kids enjoyed setting up and playing badminton on the back lawn. Sylvia was a wonderful host that communicated clearly and was very helpful. We will look forward to coming back some time in the future.

Nardos's basement apartment provided ample space for two friends. We appreciated the 1.5 bathrooms. Nardos's instructions were thorough and clear. She responded quickly to all communications. The beds are comfortable, with good storage in each room. The apartment is clean and the temperature was always comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to nice trails next to a creek. The WiFi is strong and easy to connect to. We appreciated the boxes of tissues, something we rarely see in Airbnbs although we need them. We highly recommend you stay here!

The place was so nice, just like the pictures and so clean and location is very convenient, near to super markets, pharmacy, metro and bus stations.. The host answers any questions very fast and is very kind. I loved this place.

This is an amazing, family and pet friendly place to stay while visiting DC! Terry is so nice and always made sure we felt welcome, while still giving us privacy! The house is close enough to the city for convenience while having the luxury of not being in a super congested area and there was plenty of street parking. We will always stay here while visiting the city!

We stayed at Eric’s place during a recent trip to DC to visit our girls at college. We loved it! We had everything we needed and plenty of space. The beds were super comfy too! The only issue we had during our stay was the hot water heater glitched but there was a repair person there within 20 minutes to reset it so it was no big deal the location was great because the grocery store was super close and it wasn’t far from campus either. We definitely plan to book again! Oh, and super nice neighbors!!

One of the coolest airbnbs that I’ve stayed in, in DC. Location is prime, right in DuPont circle which made walking so easy. Parking and getting to unit is so convenient and is literally right across the street. You could also access your vehicle whenever with parking ticket which was a plus. The Airbnb itself was so clean and cozy and the perfect stay for one or two people. Very responsive hosts. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again! Thank you!

I have stayed in 4 airbnbs in the area. This place is very nice and very clean and quiet and well maintained. Traveling alone it was important that I felt safe and I did. It's a basement apt and I only heard the cute dog walking around upstairs on occasion (did not bark once while I was there for 4 days). Pricier than some in the area but I have stayed in a poorly maintained place in the area before with loud upstairs residents and it is definitely worth the cost to get quiet and clean! Great area to walk in. Felt very safe to walk by myself at night. Will stay again for sure.

Great place for visiting Washington DC. The location of the apartment is perfect. Everything is very clean and organized. The beds are very good, bathrooms are very clean. The apartment access is very well organized. Even if we arrived late I was able to get direct instructions from our host how to enter the building and the apartment - perfect logistics and organization - THANKS a lot!

The location can’t be beat! The building is charming and the interior surprisingly quiet considering the proximity of several clubs and bars. Close to great restaurants and embassy row. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Ft. Belvoir Basement Apartment!

Great value overall. The only issue is that you have to cross a ditch that is not will lit to get to the door. It was rather slick after rain one evening and we slid a bit in dress shoes. This may be a concern for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise it was a nice quiet stay and affordable compared to all the other local options.

The apartment was amazing, we had a wonderful time staying there. It is close to everything, museums next streets, China Town, and very walkable, amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The whole building was nice and quiet, which was a plus. host was very nice and kind, communication was easy and proactive. We will definitely come back again~

It was great for our visit to DC. The metro station is 5 minutes away and is three stops from DC's main spots. It is also just one stop from the airport. It was spacious, and the zone was nice and calm. It wasn't easy to find a place with two rooms and two bathrooms, close to DC and at this price range.

It was positively delightful. I have no complaints. I was able to recharge during my stay. Great location, responsive hosts, and an EV charger available on the back parking pad. It was quiet, walkable, and peaceful. Great neighborhood. Highly recommend. A+

Check in wasn't a problem. Any issues that came up they responded in a timely fashion. Wifi, pots and pans and the fridge were on point. The bathroom was surprisingly warm which was an unexpected plus when it got colder. Everything else was fine.

Ayda was very helpful as I needed a baby crib and she went above and beyond to find me one. It is an older home but everything worked well and it served it's purpose. Very well stocked kitchen made it easy to make food all week. Floors are creaky but that's common in an older house. Adya was very helpful when I needed more dishwasher detergent and was very kind in offering to mail an object I forgot.
