The location was great! just one house away for the river in the Keys 2 minutes from Circle K and 10 minutes from Walmart. Plenty of space, you could have 20 people in the house and still feel alone. We bought a bunch of floaties (left some for the next guest in the outdoor storage bin) and tied them to the dock and hung out on the water most of the time (IT WAS HOT). We had two jet skis, a Pontoon boat and still lots of room on the Dock to float in the water. The game room/Bedroom on the lower level was a great place to hang out, listen to music, and shoot pool. Vivian was super responsive and accommodating. Only thing I would recommend is you bring beach towels (we did) and go to the house first before shopping. Some Airbnb's have dishwasher pods, laundry soap, foil, zip lock bags etc. and some don't. We left everything we didn't use for the next guest! (of course not food lol) OVERALL, excellent and fun trip we would definitely book again.

This home in Goodyear was perfect for our group that gathers each year for golf and Spring Training baseball games. It was comfortable, spacious and in close proximity to golf, baseball, and restaurants. All of the mentioned amenities were greatly appreciated: a nice pool, pickleball courts, putting green, billiards table, etc. It was a great place to relax each night after our days full of golf and baseball. We had a medical incident with one of our group, which necessitated a hospital visit. Fortunately, the hospital was literally five minutes away. This home was outstanding -- we loved it!

Comfort, Luxury, and Privacy are a few words that come to mind… overall great stay! The heated pool & spa was our favorite feature by far, there’s nothing like swimming in December while it’s 50 degrees outside. A few more standout features include gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, great layout, and very quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely stay there again.

We rented this large, 2-story, 5-bedroom house for 4 adults and 2 kids for one week. The layout worked well for us with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. All bedrooms had comfortable king beds and a TV. The kitchen was well equipped. The cleaning crew did a good job cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and furniture surfaces. The house has its issues, however, that I consider to be a reflection of the owner. Walls, doors and woodwork are scuffed up. Florencio promptly responded to our needs by sending someone to the house to replace the broken microwave, tighten the dishwasher and replace the HVAC air filters. We enjoyed the back yard and the view of the mountains, pine trees and green grass. The house is on the #1 fairway on the Quarry Pines golf course and there’s a steady stream of golfers all day long. Three balls landed in the yard during our stay. The last golf group comes by about 3 hours before sunset, so it's safe to enjoy the yard in the evening.

Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die ruhige Lage hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert, da wir uns vom Alltag erholen konnten. Great stay in Flagstaff! The place was clean, nicely furnished, and just a short drive to downtown and local restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable home with 4 bedrooms that worked great for us, our 2 young kids, and our parents. Yard is a great play spot for kids. All the essentials are there for cooking. Would definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and had a great layout with tall ceilings that made it feel open and airy. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the area. The location was super convenient—just a short drive to downtown Gilbert with lots of great restaurants and shops. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was the perfect setup for our two families of four. The decor was beautiful and did the pictures justice. The kids especially loved the game room down stairs. It was so nice for them to have their own space to play and be loud while the adults enjoyed catching up upstairs. Absolutely Stunning Retreat – A Hidden Gem in Fountain Hills! My family and I had an incredible stay at this gorgeous retreat in Fountain Hills. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect from the area, but we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful, secluded, and impeccably clean it was. From the moment we arrived, the house took our breath away—the exterior was fresh, modern, and gave off the perfect Arizona desert vibe. But stepping inside was even more impressive—the photos truly don’t do it justice! The interior was beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculate. The owners went above and beyond with the amenities, including a water softener, an alkaline water system, and so many thoughtful little touches that most Airbnb hosts don’t provide. The views from the house were breathtaking, making us feel like we were in our own private paradise. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and so relaxing—it honestly felt like our own vacation home. We would 100% return and recommend

Beautiful scenery surrounding the house. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon. It snowed during our stay. We are not used to snow at all and the property manager made us feel at ease with being able to navigate a safe check out process. Would love to stay in warmer conditions and utilize the backyard amenities. The house is spacious. Party of 6 and we all had our own space.

To say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay would be an understatement!! We flew in late at night to the Phoenix Mesa airport which is an easy 45-60 minute drive. Kay was great quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed to make for an easy check in! The house was stunning! Everything was organized and set up a in way that made everything easy! It had everything we needed and much more! We forgot a booster seat for our six year old and much to my surprise there was one in the garage for us to use! The pool and outdoor area was a favorite! The different seating areas, lounge chairs, and the peaceful waterfall made for an outdoor paradise! The kids loved all the provided pool toys and us parents were grateful for the large supply of pool towels. The area had nice sidewalks for a morning walk or run and had a grocery store and Dutch bros. Coffee shop all within a five minute drive of the house. The beds were another hit! They were so comfortable! Great place to stay as a family!!

This place was a fantastic home for our family of four. Lots of space, quiet neighborhood, and so many great things to do close by. Our kids loved the pool and billiards table. The master bedroom felt like a resort experience. The hosts were responsive and so thoughtful in their replies. We will definitely aim to stay here again when traveling to Scottsdale!

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful layout. I have been renting homes for about 20+ years and this was by far the most gorgeous. Great pool and backyard although the leaves from the trees were annoying as they were always in the pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the space. We will rent it again if back in the AZ area.

Great house in central location. Yard and all the activities for kids greatly appreciated. All tvs had Netflix, Hulu, etc. kitchen pretty well equipped could be better. Chip / dip set, bigger Tupperware would be useful. Ice machine wouldn’t dispense. Pool and hot tub in good condition.

This house was beautiful, it was more spacious in person than the pictures. The host was very responsive to my messages and had a great welcome book with instructions and recommendations. The our biggest issue was the beds are high so it was a little difficult my shorter, older family members to climb into the beds. I would stay here again.

This was by far the best place we rented in Arizona over the past 5 years. The pictures and description of the property was exactly as expected. Outside of the roadwork construction and detours, the neighborhood was phenomenal and still very quiet. The host were very responsive and accommodating! Thank you for a great experience!
