If your reading this because you're thinking about staying in Sedona you're extremely lucky. I would highly recommend Carolyn and this location. This place is a rare gem, lucky you!

The house was very nice, clean and had the basics amenities. We had a short stay, but everything we needed was there. Beds were super comfy (we only used the two larger ones), and towels were nice too. We brought our own coffee, but there were coffee filters and a coffee pot available. We really enjoyed it and would stay again! No issues at all.

These hosts and their Casita made us feel right at home during our 9 days in the Tucson area. When we weren't out enjoying the area attractions, we relaxed playing games in the Casita or out in the garden patio. As far as AirBnB's go, the accommodations here were everything we appreciate like comfortable furniture and fully stocked kitchen and modern bathroom (no futton or mini fridge like in many places). Would definitely stay there again.

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

This is not my first time staying at Tom's beautiful home, and I can easily say that his hospitality is unparalleled. The property is an oasis. It is stylish yet very functional for families. The location has the best of what old Phoenix has to offer. The backyard is filled with birds singing, beautiful trees, and soft breezes. This is a place where someone could write their first novel or work or just figure out what they are going to do with the rest of their life. He treats every person who stays here like family, yet provides support from a distance. I always feel welcome and safe, which is an important distinction. But what makes staying with Tom so remarkable is… Tom :-). His warmth, compassion, and care are extraordinary. I've also had the opportunity to observe him with his neighbors and family, and you can see that this is genuinely who he is. It is equally important to acknowledge how unique Tom is, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to know him!

The fact that this was our fifth stay at Paul and Jeannette's place is probably all you need to know. We love everything about it and hope to return again and again!

Fue un tiempo excelente, Mark nos dió la mejor atención, tenía varias cosas básicas para la cocina y mucho más extras, que también en nuestra salida dejamos algunas cosas para los demás, es un lugar pequeño pero perfecto para 4 personas, los animales de la granja son amigables, aún que es un poco lejos de la ciudad es lo que realmente necesitabamos para descansar.

We loved our stay at Pat's Place! Very cozy & relaxing. Perfect for my husband & I. Loved relaxing at the pool and swimming after hiking. Maybe the best part was that as we sat outside, there was no road noise. Just the sounds of the birds and a fantastic view.

Nice quiet private guesthouse. Lovely outdoor space. Centrally located. Functional little kitchen. Everything was very clean. Great stay for my work week. Would book again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay - the home was clean and comfortable, and we loved the fenced in backyard with enough room for my dog to run around. Street parking was easy, and the neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Thank you for a great stay!

The two units are cleverly fenced so that each one gets its own private backyard space—this made it perfect for traveling with my dog (who does not like strangers lol). Area is quiet and located close to most of my favorite Tucson restaurants, the price was right, and Dora was responsive and accommodating of my schedule!

Excellent stay. Jamie's casita was just what I needed for my Tucson stay. It's close to Banner Hospital and the University, with off street parking and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully functional. Everything was nice a clean and looks like a model home. Spacious inside and out with a lovely outdoor area to sit and have coffee/breakfast. Communication was quick and instructions clear.

Nice quiet, peaceful, gem. It was so nice to listen to the wind and watch the sunset. The birds are chatty and lovely. A great spot If you’re looking for solitude and rest.

First: If you're staying in Wickenburg and Kasi's place is available, BOOK IT!! The home was pristine. Clean, comfortable, quiet, extremely well stocked and everything worked great. AC kept us comfortable, the coffee bar was amazing, USB ports next to the bed with a clock and wireless charger. It was our anniversary. When we arrived there were flowers, chocolates and wine!!! We will absolutely stay here again!!

We loved our stay at Shawn and Araliya’s place. We rented both the main house and the guest house and it was perfect for our family gathering. The kids loved the playground and we all enjoyed the projector tv in the family room. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean and comfortable. We hope to stay there again.

This facility and accommodations are above and beyond what we had expected if we ever get back into her neck of the woods we will plan our vacations around the available dates of her accommodations it was spectacular she is a wonderful host I can’t thank her enough forOutstanding accommodations for making this a spectacular vacation

Convenient location, felt very private, love the decor. Very cute, quiet, peaceful and lovely spot for our girls trip getaway. Host was very responsive. Easy to find and get in and out. Clear instructions and very clean. Really enjoyed the extensive cooking utensils as we cooked several meals in.

Our host was fantastic! They were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was spotless and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Because it's a guest house, it shares a backyard with the main house which was clearly communicated and priced in.

Russell is a very gracious host. The guesthouse is easy to find and access. The landscaped outer courtyard's a perfect setting for relaxing with our dogs in the evening, watching the birds splashing in the fountain. The interior is spacious and thoughtfully laid out with everything needed even for a long-term stay. The fresh eggs with coffee/tea were a real treat in the morning as was the nice hot shower. Thanks for the hospitality!

We loved staying here! We did not get a chance to meet Steve but Neesa was there and was so helpful. The place was so cozy and friendly, we felt right at home. I hate to say I'm picky... but I am... LOL. Some hosts just don't think of the little things that make your stay more comfortable... like comfy sheets and warm lighting etc. Neesa thought of EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here. We were originally going to stay in Sedona but found this and figured it was so close to Sedona we would give it a shot. Once we were there we were super happy with our decision and actually ate all our meals in Cottonwood and only ventured to Sedona for some hikes and a jeep tour. Cottonwood is a friendly little town with great restaurants and is near everything. Also, we loved the fact that while this place is truly "in the country", you are only 5 min to Safeway!!!
