Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

Ho soggiornato 2 settimane, è una casa incantevole, con ogni confort, e tante anche inaspettate! È un alloggio accogliente , sembra davvero di essere a casa propria. La parte esterna è, secondo me, il cuore di tutto l'appartamento: ampio, comodo, con un divanetto , sedie e tavolini da esterno ed un divano che all occorrenza è un vero e proprio letto....la sera, solitamente ventilata è il posto ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per le spiagge della splendida Cefalonia. La casa è situata in un posto strategico della piccola Poros, tutto è a portata di mano, dalle spiagge, ai ristorantini, al centro.È un posto che mi è piaciuto davvero tanto! Vana è un host gentile, premurosa e presente, pronta a soddisfare e a risolvere nell' immediato qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta. Lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse trascorrere le vacanze in un ambiente al top!

North Paradise is incredible. First the apartment - spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, hot water, strong WiFi and the most stunning view from the balcony. Walking distance - 10 mins to lovely beach and tavernas. But what really makes this place outstanding is your host Dina. She fills the fridge before you arrive. The kitchen cupboards are filled with every appliance you may wish for. Dina will help you hire cars, book boat trips and generally do anything for you. I cannot rate North Paradise highly enough. If you want peace and quiet, a gorgeous beach and taverna within a 5 minute walk then this is for you. You will get the warmest Kefalonian welcome.

This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in more than once, which should say everything! Just the perfect spot, with a great pool, BBQ, nearby almost private beach and a short walk into Poros. We hope to be back again in the future!

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

Georgios and Dimitris, the property manager were great hosts and were 24/7 available if needed. Requests were handled promptly and graciously and with an utmost friendliness and outraging hospitality. The villa was stunning and beautiful located on the top of a cliff facing the amazing ionion sea with spectacular views. The pool was great and a private sandy beach available just below the property. The kitchen had everything you need and the house had effective air conditioning in every room. The beds were great and house keeping came by twice per week and left the house spotless. Definitely one of the best vacations we ever had. We will definitely come back!!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Aphrodite. Eva‘s Vater hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Es war wirklich alles perfekt und es gibt rein gar nichts zu meckern. Die Villa ist wundervoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Zudem war es so sauber das man vom Boden hätte essen können. Die sehr freundlichen Reinigungsdamen haben die Villa täglich geputzt und Ordnung gebracht, auf diesem Weg nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür :) Wir haben uns dort schon bei der Ankunft extrem wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein bisschen abgelegen und daher für jeden der ein bisschen Ruhe sucht ideal. Vielen Dank Eva, für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Lovely quiet position close to the beach with a clean pool. Evgenia was really helpful with a couple of requests for assistance.

The house is located in a complex with several villas, nearby to the airport and to the Minies Beach. What I liked the most were the swimming pool and the barbeque area, which are amazing. The majority of the good beaches you can visit are located at approx 30'/ 1h and the restaurants at 10 to 20'. The overall experience was good.

Had a wonderful 3 weeks stay. The house was lovely and cosy. Had everything we needed and more. Chrisanthi was lovely and helpful, came in every day with fresh bedding and towels and kept everything clean and tidy. Gave us fresh eggs and vegetables every now and then. We loved the beach cove which was a 15 min walk to, sandy beach and the water was clear and warm with comfy sunbeds. Used the pool to cool off in the late afternoons. Secure internet with wifi. Supermarket about a 5 minute walk with every day needs. Need a car go to the big Lidl. The restaurants nearby and within walking distance were very friendly and we had some really good meals and i highly recommend the local wine, it was delicious. We slept well and came away feeling well rested. Thank you 😊

We spent a great week with the family at this place. Beautiful views over the sea! Easy check-in, cleaning dine in the middle of our stay and very good communication. We hope to come back!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer ist perfekt. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut in alle Richtungen los starten um die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terasse bietet auch die Möglichkeit eine Sporteinheit durchzuführen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Yoga Session am Morgen mit Meditation, dazu gibt es vor Ort auch Yogamatten. Die beiden Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich und wir wurden behandelt wie deren Kinder !!! Wir kommen wieder.

We had such a great stay at the beach house. Eli and Ulyssus were fantastic hosts. The house is quite literally on the beach which was perfect for us and our children. Also the taverna at the end of the beach was great with delicious fresh cooked food. The beach itself was great, soft sand and gently sloping. The sea was also so still, lovely for our youngest (who turned three while we were there) to explore the calm water. All in a fantastic holiday and we highly recommend staying with Eli to explore this beautiful side of the island.

We had a wonderful stay. The panoramic views from the house are beautiful and the setting is very peaceful. Everything is as described and the house is well equipped and comfortable. As others have said you definitely need a car but you are rewarded with stunning views in a very special location. You can drive to Lixouri in about 15 minutes where there is a great choice of restaurants and there is a good supermarket about 10 minutes away. This was our first visit to Kefalonia and we very much hope to return to the island and to this house!

This place is amazing! The location is brilliant and the house itself is superb. We travelled as a group of 6 with a baby and the house had everything we needed and more. It is very well equipped for a family. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby (just a short walk). Finikas below is great, we also enjoyed eating at ‘Cerenas’ ‘to Perasma’. A morning coffee at the Cactus cafe is wonderful overlooking the sea. The only restaurant we would avoid is Sea Rock as we had a very bad experience there - there are many better restaurants in Agia Efima in our opinion! We enjoyed swimming in the small coves and the yellow boats are great to hire for an independent boat trip. The house itself is a great relaxation spot, we loved spending time chilling out in the pool. The host was really responsive to our questions and we were also kindly given fresh towels half way through our stay. I would highly recommend staying here- it was perfect in every way. The pictures are very accurate..it's like a postcard from the front window! So walkable with amazing restaurants. Natasha's place has every thing you need and very well kept..She went out of her way to make us feel at home. Great local recommendations too..don't miss going the the fountain of Kalamos for fresh drinking water it's worth the exciting drive..we went twice!

Lovely quiet area, short walk to great restaurants and the centre of town. We had great tips from the host for which beaches were best to attend and places to eat. Would highly recommend.

We moved our stay and would highly recommend. As a family of four with two older children, we had everything we needed. The house is very well equipped and beautifully designed, it stayed cool even without the AC on, though this was super effective when needed. The outdoor space is perfect with a wonderful view. On the peaceful outskirts of Luxouri but with everything a short walk along the seafront. We were worried we would feel too ‘out of it’ but actually had the best of both worlds. We swam everyday in the sea in front of Apollonides and loved the calm, tranquil feel of having the sea to ourselves. The walk to Lixouri each evening was enjoyable and there were so many restaurants to choose from. We only stayed 3 nights, but would have loved to stay longer and will hopefully be back.
