L’esperienza nell’appartamento di Fabrizio è stata meravigliosa. Fabrizio si è dimostrato un host cordiale e super disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento si trova in un carinissimo residence estivo, che nei giorni della nostra prenotazione (a cavallo del capodanno) si presentava silenziosissimo e super tranquillo. Lo abbiamo scelto per questo e per la posizione privilegiata, a due passi dall’autostrada, così da permetterci facilmente gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente sia in inverno che in estate per la posizione, le spiagge bellissime e i luoghi stupendi e facili da raggiungere in macchina.

Casa splendida, arredata con gusto e molto ben accessoriata anche per periodi lunghi. La terrazza sui tetti di Noto è magnifica, torneremo!

The apartment is in an excellent location, near to a bustling market and restaurants. We visited with an 11 and 14 year old. The apartment had plenty of space and the WiFi is good. We enjoyed a glass of vino on the beautiful balcony after a busy day, the kids enjoyed their down time in the apartment whilst we did this 😍 Siracusa Cathedral and the marina are within a 10 minute walk. We would recommend Schiticchio Pizzeria for the most amazing pizza and Mokrito for a fish platter. Parking is really easy. We parked in the car park opposite the apartment. They charge €15 per day. One of the highlights for us was having the market right outside the apartment, selling fresh fruit, vegetables and fish! The kids really enjoyed making fresh orange juice (bought from the market) in the morning with the manual juicer in the apartment. What a memorable break 😍

Most comfortable beds we have had in the past 3 weeks travelling. Parking is hit and miss but managed to get o ne close after a few goes. Only one bed made up but Andrea was responsive and directed us to sheets to make it ourselves. Easy to walk down to ortigia without the extra hassle of parking there. All in all a beautifully renovated apartment.

Beautiful apartment, nice rooms. Everything was exactly as you expect. We enjoy the location, you can just walk to everywhere and even in this time of the year, the shops and restaurants were open. I recommend this place.

Das ist ein Appartment der Extraklasse, die Terrasse ist ein Hit und die gesamte Anlage wunderschön und super gepflegt, das Pool liegt direkt vor der Tür, spitze!

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

We had a great stay at Gestisko.Ortigia. The apartment is spacious, updated, and very clean. The location is excellent for an easy walk into Ortigia and it’s walkable to the Greek Theatre. The host was very communicative throughout and he was responsive when we encountered a maintenance issue; he had the issue fixed quickly. We definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Francesco war fantastisch. Wir wurden mit Mandeln aus dem eigenen Garten begrüßt, das Haus war total schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

wie hatten sehr schöne tage in vinzensos wohnung. Sie ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet mit einem sehr schönen Garten, den man gut nutzen kann. Man läuft nur wenige hundert Meter zum kleinen Strandabschnitt. Dort gibt es nichts außer dem kleinen Strand und dem sehr sauberen Wasser. Schön, um dort mal schnell eine runde zu baden. Ansonsten sind wir lieber zum lido di noto gefahren.

Die Unterkunft von Sebastiano befindet sich in dem alten Fischerviertel in Ortigia. Kleine verwinkelte Gassen , kleine zweistöckige Häuser. Alles sehr romantisch. Auch über zwei Minuten Fußweg ist der tägliche Markt (8-14 uhr geöffnet) erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein altes aber total restauriertes Haus in zwei Etagen und einer Terasse auf dem Dach. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige zeigt wie es aussieht. Alles in Ortigia ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber der öffentliche Verkehr ist auch überall mit kleinen Bussen vertreten. Und der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 20 minuten zu erreichen, wenn man nicht auf den Bus warten möchte. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus und konnten auf der Terasse frühstücken. mit einem Blick auf die schönen alten Häuser, die nach und nach restauriert werden. Der MArkt war immer wieder ein Erlebnis, und ist auch für die touristischen Mitbringsel um ein wesentliches billiger als in den Tousistshops. Alles in allem hatten wir wunderschöne 10 Tage in dem Haus.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

Ruhiges und rustikales Anwesen mit mehreren Appartements und schönem Pool der allerdings nicht beleuchtet und nur bis 19:00 zugänglich war. Die Unterkunft war Ende August zum Glück klimatisiert und allgemein sehr sauber. Die Anreise ist nur mit einem Auto möglich für das es aber einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt.

Sara’s place was great. Extremely spacious and could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and lido. We went a little before the holiday season started so most restaurants/shops in Fontane Bianche were closed, which is something to be aware of when you book.

Wir waren hier als Familie über die Ostertage. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und wirklich sehr sehr glücklich hier. Können es sowohl Paaren als auch Familien sehr empfehlen. Die Nähe zum Strand hat es für uns perfekt gemacht. Wir lieben es mit Meerblick aufzuwachen. In 1 min ist man Fuß an einem wirklich schönen Strand. Auch alle umliegenden Orte und Strände waren gut zu erreichen. Es ist es super ruhig, nicht touristisch und irgendwie magisch hier. Die Unterkunft selbst hatte alles was man braucht. Sie war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und sehr bequeme Betten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und das Haus war einfach schön. Viel Liebe zum Detail, Wohlfühlatmosphäre pur! Man kann sowohl draußen auf der Terasse mit Blick zum Meer als auch schattig im Innenhof Frühstücken und Abendessen. Stühle und Tische sind genug vorhanden. :) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort selbst gibt es nicht - aber Supermärkte sind in etwa 5 min mit dem Auto z.B. in Noto zu erreichen.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa!! It was better than the photos, and in a very private, idyllic spot in an orchard. We were happy to be able to spend a day and just about every evening in the pool. The villa was an easy drive to the beach and to Noto for meals, as well as to Avola for groceries and necessities, so the location was perfect as long as you have a rental car. The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to deal with, and gave great local recommendations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

When I get an AirBnB, I always hope to be comfortable and get a sense of local experience. Lucia's place went above and beyond. Personal touches that showcase the wonders of Ortigia, alongside her personalized recommendations made us feel like we were able to access the best of the island. It was an unparalleled location by the Duomo, restaurants, beaches, and beauty beauty beauty. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great setup for larger groups in the center of Ortigia, with two apartments connected by a central inner hallway. Very clean, airy, and the location was great, walkable to everything. The street that the apt is on - while accessible to cars - is super narrow, so we opted to disembark and walk from the main intersecting street instead when getting luggage to/from. Apt "A" has the larger living room and terrace access, with three bedrooms adjacent to one another, (one en-suite, two that share a bathroom) that open out into the street and a washer/dryer. Apt "B" is more like a loft, with a kitchen/dining/sofa bed, and a spiral staircase with one lofted bedroom (with bath).

Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da, aber die Wohnung eignet sich auch für längere Aufenthalte, besonders wenn man die grosse Terrasse benützen kann, sei es zum Essen, Sonnenbaden, einen Apero geniessen.

Superbe séjour passé dans cet agréable appartement. Localisation parfaite en plein cœur du bouillonnant marché d’Ortigia, et des principaux points d’intérêt de la ville. Très propre, deux grandes chambres avec leurs salles de bain respectives, on s’y est très bien senti. Je recommande chaudement.

Perfect place to have as a base to discover that area of Sicily. Having breakfast in the garden outside looking at the sea was lush! Excellent recommendations from Salvo, Paolo’s son, who, together with his mamma, is an excellent host, being super responsive even after having left the property. Our personal favourite recommendation was the walk around Vendicari’s nature reserve with lunch in Marzamemi. Bellísimo! Grazie Salvo and mamma!!

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
