You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.

My place is very cosy, clean and quiet. It's a big room with a single bed with all the amenities. It is located just 15 min walk to the University of Manchester and 45 min away from the Airport by direct bus. 5 min away from the Oxford Rd and the Curry Mile, 25 min walk to the O2 Apollo Theatre. 12 min walk to the Manchester Academy. Many shops (Lidl, Tesco, Subway, Poundland, Nero) just 10 min walk away. The Whitworth Art Gallery is also nearby. I have cats.

The city centre is 2 miles from here, and there is an excellent bus service which runs from 100m from the house. We’re a busy and sociable household and you’ll be free to come and go as you please.
