Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Short drive to train lines for explorers. Bellevue State Park 1 mile away with biking and hiking 27 miles of trails. Rockwood Museum & Brandywine Valley attractions all a short drive. This is the second floor with steeper narrower steps. A private entrance. Centrally located in northern Delaware with easy on/off access to 95 and 495. Newer construction, built in 2018. One large bedroom with KING size bed, 1.5 bath, private entrance, living room and full eat in kitchen. Work station area. Twin size pull out in living room. Free WiFi and large smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Deck off of the kitchen and upstairs deck off of the bedroom. Laundry located in bedroom upstairs. NO CLEANING FEE

Centrally-located private with own entrance, 1 bedroom, w/ living room and private bath suite. Conveniently located near Swarthmore College & Train Station(5 min) Widener University(5 min), Media (10 min), & the Philadelphia Airport (12 min). There is Private keyless entry for easy check-in. We live above the suite, and are available most times if you need anything.

Welcome to The Cottages on Orchard—a restored 1BR/1BA, dog-friendly cottage (king bed) built in 1920 by author Victor Thaddeus. Nestled among trees in whimsical Ardentown, you’re 2 min to I-95 and 10 min to Downtown Wilmington. Enjoy a private fenced backyard, fireplace (wood provided), firepit, and scenic walks to the woods, creek, and nature trails. READ HOUSE RULES.

Cozy In Law Suite apt in quiet neighborhood 20 minute drive from PHL airport. Fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV. WiFi access. Non-Smoking. We have a screened in porch that you are welcome to enjoy but it's a community gathering. If you enjoy games we have card games, board games and domino. Happy to direct to any local attractions or new events in the area.
