Stay in our almost 900 sq ft private suite located on the lower floor of the cabin with your own entrance, bathroom, living room, 65" TV, washer/dryer and gas fireplace. A full size bed is available, however please note the path to the bathroom is through the bedroom. A fenced in yard for your pet. A $15 fee per pet per night is billed separately capped at $60. Welcome to our guest house! Located on the lower lot of our property, this brand new, 800 square foot home has everything you need to enjoy our charming mountain town. This custom tiny chateau has lots of windows to take in big mountain views and was built with local and resourced materials. You can step out the door onto the River Walk system (only two blocks to the San Juan River) or enjoy a quarter mile stroll on paved sidewalk to our world famous hot springs and the heart of our downtown.

Little Sis'....a sweet retreat (town minutes away)

This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. This amazing location is walking distance to town, great restaurants, the world's deepest Hot Springs, swimming pool, playground, the San Juan River and Reservoir Hill - great for hiking. John Wayne stayed here while filming "The Cowboys". The cabin's focal point is a custom fireplace made of precious stones from all over the world. If you are looking for an intimate couples getaway, some alone time, a break from business, or just enjoying your family, you have found the perfect place!

Guest House at Rio Campo

PRIVATE downtown chalet, on the river, at Cotton Hole Park with spectacular mountain views. This studio/loft is nestled in the trees above a panoramic bend of the San Juan river known as Cotton Hole Park. The location grants direct river access for swimming and fishing in the summer and cozy views of the alpenglow in the winter. This private entrance unit is located above the attached garage of a newly constructed main house one block off of Main St.

Office Hideaway

Low-key commercial area by day, peaceful at night, private entrance. Centrally located uptown on quiet street by wetland with birds and wildlife. Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs. The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
