This is a place I would definitely recommend for others to book. It's in a great location in the centre of everything, making it easy to walk to grocery stores, pharmacy's, local shops and restaurants. The place itself was amazing. It was so clean and comfortable, and also had every appliance that was needed. It's a great place to stay at if you want to be in the centre of the city but still be away from the noise. I would also like to state how amazing the host was. He helped me and my family settle in and also leave when checking out. He was a great help whenever we contacted him or we needed assistance with anything in the apartment.

Sara’s apartment is a perfect location for work and free time in Yerevan. The apartment is well located, in the city center, but in a quiet street, so there is never any disturbing noise. All major sites are within walking distance, very convenient, so that we never had to use a taxi in our two week stay, apart from the airport. There are many restaurants and food stores in the vicinity. A perfect starting point to discover Yerevan. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable and stylish. It’s equipped with everything necessary, from kitchen utensils to AC and a washing machine. Sara is a very pleasant host, very responsible and responsive. She was always in touch and reacted expeditiously to all queries.

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.

Rented the apartment for my short stay in Yerevan. Apartment was very clean, location is perfect with easy access to stores and cafes/restaurants. Aram is a very responsive host, check-in and check-out were fast & simple. Would love to stay there during future trips to Yerevan.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Ani's place is really lovely. Beautiful clean and spacious apartment. The area itself is quite during the night and walkable to the main boulevard. Plenty of places to eat and supermarkets. Thank you Ani for having us at your place

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, in dem ich zwei Wochen lang gelebt habe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Haus mieten möchte, würde ich definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

Very nice and friendly English speaking hosts! Great location of the apartment, sunset view from the balcony, walking distance to everything in the center. Two airconditionings create comfortable temperature. Everything was nearly perfect.

The apartment was clean and everything was handy. It's located in a very convenient neighborhood where everything is within a walking distance, and there are some parks nearby, which was good for us since we wanted to walk with a baby somewhere peaceful. Garen was always responsive and understanding, and quick to react to our requests.

Avik is extremely friendly and professional. He offered to pick me up from my previous place, invited me to lunch and and gifted me 2 bottles of great tasting wine. The place is very cosy and all amenities are included with great location. Great experience all in all. Highly recommended.
