I really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice hardwood floors and a large kitchen area. Also, great central location. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Denver.

Joanne's Place Felt Welcoming And Peaceful. The Place Is Just A Right At Home Feeling. Also, There Are Places Nearby And Recommendations That You Can Get That Are Amazing. Most Of All The Place Was Lovely And Very Relaxing. It's Worth Checking Out Or Trying If In The Area You Are Looking For.

Jerry was a great host and communicated clearly. The location was great as well. The space was clean and pretty well stocked.

What a charming and special place! My sister and I had a wonderful time staying here. The location was fabulous, super walkable to many cute restaurants, the botanic gardens and more. The little fireplace in the living room was a nice touch. It was clean, comfy and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was as described and very convenient to where we wanted to be in this part of Denver. Very clean, very comfortable and completely separate from our hosts property and house. We were very close to my daughter’s house and we were able to walk back-and-forth with no problems. The unit was very clean and our hosts were fantastic and very responsive. We would look to stay here again next time we are in Denver !

Matthew was incredibly helpful and checked in on us proactively. The spot was great for local shops like Huckleberry’s right on Broadway. For the two of us it was an easy and comfortable place to stay on our short trip! Bed was comfortable and amenities available in the kitchen were great.

This was the perfect place for us to stay on our girls trip to Denver! The beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. The location was perfect for walking to the bars and restaurants on Broadway. And we really appreciated the super simple checkout instructions as we were running out the door for our early flight this morning! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay in the Pearl Street area. It was a quiet and relaxing place to stay and within easy walking and driving distance of lots of dining and entertainment. Will definitely be coming back.

What a gem. Fresh, fun and bright-this is a place that has been thoughtfully designed around guests as opposed to retrofitted to guests. It has a well stocked and state of the art kitchen and bathroom, as well as a comfortable bed with crisp linens and multiple pillow and blanket options. The neighborhood has a variety of restaurants, and coffee shops nearby and the hosts have curated a comprehensive list of sights to see, restaurants and things to do -by neighborhood. All of these positives were punctuated by super responsive and friendly hosts. If this place is available next time you’re looking for a place to stay in Denver, book it! You’ll be happy you did.

Perfect house (as advertised), fully equipped with everything I needed. Was a great location to explore Denver and its surroundings.

Overall a wonderful stay! While it could use a fresh coat of paint and deep clean at this point in its rental life, the unit overall was super cute and comfortable. We were in town for my brother’s wedding, and this made a great central place for other family to stop by/catch up in between events, with plenty of room to hang out. Not a negative in any way, just an fyi — if you will be getting ready for any sort of event/doing make up, i would suggest bringing your own mirror. The lighting upstairs where the only mirrors were was very dim, and made getting ready a little bit of an extra process. But overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful space located in a beautiful neighborhood that was walkable and filled with lovely restaurants, clean parks, stunning homes, and museums.

Lovely space for 1-2 people! Kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils to be able to prepare meals. A little hard to find due to construction in the area but heather answered the phone immediately and was very helpful. Close to coffee shops and grocery stores. Quiet/safe neighborhood.

Comfortable and roomy 1BR cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Jennifer is a great host and we felt right at home. I used the dedicated office space and fast Internet to work remotely while visiting family, and the house is well appointed to do laundry and cook meals on an extended stay. There are also tons of great restaurants within a 10 min drive if you don't feel like cooking. We appreciated the dog friendly atmosphere and Ozzie, Jennifer's super friendly dog.
