Отличное жилье! Квартира очень светлая и уютная, есть все необходимое для проживания. Также был очень хороший интернет, что важно для тех, кто работает из дома. Хозяин был вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда отвечал нам и помогал, если мы спрашивали. Около дома был большой супермаркет, да и в целом квартира не очень далеко находится от центра, мы доходили пешком за минут 20-25. Искренне рекомендую это жилье ☺️

We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

Прекрасная, чистая квартира. Лёгкое заселение. Кодовый замок. Рядом есть все необходимое - магазины, аптека. Близко находится парк. Хозяин квартиры отвечал на все вопросы очень своевременно. Все вопросы решались быстро. Огромное спасибо. Рекомендую!

Прекрасные апартаменты, прекрасный дом, мы прожили уже несколько месяцев и очень рады возвращаться домой после прогулок! У нас не было вообще никаких проблем. Поверьте в апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания и удаленной работы. Лиана с заботой относиться к гостям и квартире. Если мы будем приезжать в Ереван, хотели бы останавливаться именно в этих аппаратаментах💜

We had a great weekend stay at this Airbnb. Check-in was super easy, and the host provided all the necessary information in advance. The space is comfortable and well-equipped, making it great not just for a short visit but also for a longer stay. The view of the mountains is beautiful, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
