Ein Wunderbares Haus, für uns, architektonisch sehr ansprechend. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem weitläufigen Garten, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem zentral. Wenn es sich einrichten lässt würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Our family stay at Cosimo's was perfect. From start to finish the experience with Cosimo was easy and pleasant. He was very quick to respond to any questions our family had before arrival and during our trip. His father let us in and showed us around the house when we arrived. He was such a nice man, going out of his way to try and make sure we were comfortable. The house itself is even nicer when you're there. The outside area is amazing, we spent most of our time here. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation is there. The beach is literally across the street, you can view it from the roof of the house. It takes less than a minute to walk there. We had a rented car so going to the stores and food shopping was very easy to do. There are recommendations at the house for restaurants and other things to do in the area. Overall the experience was perfect, and my family and I hope to return here one day for a second stay.

The apartment is situated in a really good location (14 mins from the train station, near the sea ) We were 3 adults and 2 children and it was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, I recommend it.

Le logement est confortable, dans une rue calme, très bien équipé même s’il manque peut être un micro-ondes… les lits sont très confortables, tout était propre, mise à disposition de parasols pour la plage et vélos pour toute la famille. À noter quand même que vous ne pourrez pas profiter du soleil sur la terrasse, l’orientation du logement ne s’y prête pas. Ce doit être cependant très appréciable en plein été. Bel appartement bien situé proche de la plage et des commerces. Terrasse appréciable et place de parking. Cependant la salle de bain est étroite et il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine.

Devo dire che Giulia è una persona molto attenta, la casa in ordine, pulita e soprattutto fresca, i servizi che offre sono quelli giusti per una vacanza piacevole e spensierata.

Een prachtig appartement met goede bedden en fijne faciliteiten. Een geweldig zwembad in een hele mooie fijne tuin; rust op een paar minuten wandelen van het dorpje met verschillende restaurants, bakkers en verschillende supermarkten. Daniele was geweldig; ongelooflijk vriendelijk en servicegericht! We hebben enorm genoten!

We had an amazing week-long stay at "Wind And Water" in Diso! Lucia, our wonderful host, welcomed us warmly, and communication was seamless throughout. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. The decor had authentic local touches, and the large terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffees and evening aperitivos. The property also has a pool, ideal for summer stays. Diso, though small, had everything we needed—supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, pizzerias, and great restaurants. The beautiful cathedral and ancient menhir nearby added to its charm. Castro, a seaside town just 4km away, offers stunning views and the famous Zinzulusa Cave. The Salento region is filled with rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and incredible food and wine. Every meal was a delight, and parking at the property made day trips easy. We can’t wait to return!

Schönes frisch renoviertes Haus auf dem Land mit schöner Umgebung unweit von Ottanto, absolute Ruhe, alles sehr sauber und sehr erholsam.

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Leila genossen. Sie und ihr Partner waren freundlich, flexibel, aufmerksam und haben bei Anfragen schnell reagiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat alles super funktioniert (z.B. Waschmaschine, Backofen). Die Einrichtung ist qualitativ hochstehen (z. B. herrliche Frotteewäsche) und es ist alles mit viel Stil dekoriert aber nicht überladen. Es sind gute Betten, nur hätte ich für meinen Rücken noch einen Topper auf die Federkernmatraze gebaucht. Es hat viel Stauraum. Den Sitzplatz vor dem Haus haben wir nicht benutzt, da fanden wir es nicht so gemütlich. Die Dachterrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick haben wir wenig genutzt, weil wir im Herbst da waren und es da um 19.00 Uhr bereits dunkel ist. Auch hat es häufig etwas zu fest gewindet. Den Strand in Fussnähe haben wir 1 bis 2 mal genossen, meistens sind wir aber nach vorne gefahren, wo der Strand deutlich breiter ist. Vielen Dank an Leila, wir empfehlen deine Unterkunft gerne weiter.

This place is stunning! We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view all day. We did a grocery shop prior to arriving, cooked/bbq’d without issue (plenty of cooking utensils/dishes), and ate al fresco when the weather permitted. We did laundry and everything air-dried quickly in the sun and breeze. Did a beautiful coastal drive. Loved everything about this place. Assunta gave great recommendations, met us to review everything, and was very responsive to the few questions we had. The bed was super comfy too. Oh and did I mention THE VIEW? Tons of storage to keep the bedroom uncluttered. Assunta provided snacks (loved the cookies), rusks, taralli, and a bottle of wine too! We would love to return year after year! It’s a WOW!

È stato un piacevole soggiorno, Giammarco sempre gentile e disponibile. L'appartemento è molto accogliente e pulito, con tutto ciò di cui si necessita a portata di mano. Nessuna nota negativa.

Am ales această locație pentru a fi cat mai aproape de centrul vechi , de gara centrală . Apartamentul este foarte coszy , bine dotat cu tot ceea ce e nevoie pentru șederea noastră (5 zile). Antonio foarte prietenos , ne a dat multe informații utile . Foarte aproape este un restaurant ( chiar după colț) , există magazin ( mare) și multe chioșcuri să le numesc așa , patiserii . Ar fi fost minunat dacă se schimbau prosoapele ( la atâtea zile cât am stat ) dar am fost inspirată ca am pus de acasă ).

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung! Mit Liebe eingerichtet und gestaltet. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die wunderschöne dachterasse lud zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum der Stadt und die Restaurants und Cafés sind mit wenigen Schritten erreicht. Mikaela hat uns super Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Auch die Hinweise zum parken waren sehr gut und hilfreich. Nardò eignete sich gut als Ausgangspunkt um den Süden Apuliens zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ! L'appartement était conforme à la description: spacieux , très propre, dans un quartier très calme et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Il y avait des boissons dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Et Tony .... un hôte parfait ! très attentionné, il nous a fait goûter de très bonnes spécialités, nous nous sommes régalés ! Egalement très réactif à nos questions et de très bon conseil pour les visites , les adresses de restaurants , les adresses de supermarchés, la coopérative pour acheter de l'huile d'olive .
