We travel to Ontario multiple times every year for racing at Mid-OH. We will definitely be staying here again. In fact, we already have it booked a couple more times.

This place was just what we needed. We rented this place following a death in the family locally and we needed somewhere for family to gather and be together. This house and the property was everything we could ask for. Quiet. Peaceful. Spacious enough to allow for individual space when needed. The property is beautiful. The house has character and comfort. The hosts have stocked EVERYTHING a person could need. And it has an amazing vibe and history. It felt to all of us that there has been much love and laughter in this historic home which is just what we needed. Thank you for hosting us.

George and Sharon‘s home was beyond clean! It was also beautifully decorated and felt very homey. The areas around it offered shopping and some nice restaurants and fun things to see. We were very, very pleased!

This property is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very kind and always responsive. A short walk to downtown Mt. Vernon gives you convenient access to great restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy, "right at home" feel. We stayed over the Christmas holiday, and it was beautifully decorated for the season. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs, and we enjoyed walking them around the quiet neighborhood with its pleasant sidewalks. It was an ideal place to relax and enjoy the holidays!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The space was cozy, with a few well-chosen antique furnishings that blended beautifully with modern comforts, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for all of us. Tucked away in a peaceful location, it was impressively quiet, making it easy for the kids to sleep soundly and for us to unwind after busy days. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone woke up refreshed. The property was beautiful, with tasteful decor, a lovely covered back porch, and a second-floor deck. This was a fantastic stay that suited us perfectly, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Everyone loved the house. The game room was a hit with both young and old. Very clean house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pizza oven was a great feature. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Charming stay!! Spotless! The only issues were the knives were very dull they just need sharpened and we thought for the cost, the jets on the hot tub were not strong at all. Otherwise it was very relaxing and much needed!!!!!

The property was absolutely beautiful, just as shown in the pictures! The house was spotless and very comfortable! I will definitely stay again!

The cabin was exceptionally clean and cozy with a lovely view. It felt more private than we were expecting based on some of the other reviews we'd read. The hosts were very responsive and they provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. We definitely agree that everyone should get donuts from Miller's Bakery and pancakes from Boyd & Wurthmann - both are the best we've ever had!! Another thing worth mentioning is that the fitness center at the Berlin Resort, which was included in the stay, has a fantastic strength training area.

Tony’s place offers so many things…sublime book selection for those who prefer to pontificate rather then watch TV or their phone. Wonderful place for a private time & families as well. (For kids lots to do farms with cows, pigs, goats variety of birds, gophers, maybe even a couple of woodchucks) see the tractors & cool things that the heart of America was built with… remind them what it was like before we all had cell phones. Make a memory that’ll last forever no phone needed! Fields for miles=literal kid paradise..after sitting in a car waiting to get there-turn them loose in the fields out back or let them go visit the bullfrogs in the front pond with Peepers chirping away Peaceful & very safe for couples, families & kids Pool, hot tub fun for everyone!! Very clean, very spacious, and super close to town! Great hot tub and a fire-pit option. Bathrooms were spacious and interesting. This space had basically everything we needed, and the beds/couches were very comfy. The 3 things I’d complain about if I had to nitpick was 1. Some of the ac units were loud and would turn on/off periodically. The weather was lovely so we just had them off so they wouldn’t wake us. 2. We found a pink floaty under a bed that wasn’t from us. Otherwise, the rest of the house was really clean! And 3. There were no rules nor exit instructions listed in the listing, but then we had a list when we arrived. None of it was a big deal but we were sad to see we were expected to be quiet after 10, and didn’t know how quiet we had to be since we believe the host lived next door/we did not want to be evicted for watching a loud movie, or karaoke, etc. Otherwise, no complaints, we had a great time and would come back again.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. My dog however, had the most amazing time, I think had even more fun than us! He loved the trails and exploring the property. The property is beautiful and the views from the field behind the house are amazing.

Lynn met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. It's always nice to meet the owner of where you'll be staying. She left us quite an abundance of snacks, breakfast items, milk, OJ, water, etc. Absolutely beautiful surroundings (mostly woods). Easy to get to. Lynn was very responsive and very helpful. I forgot my boots this trip and she even let me borrow a pair of hers. Would highly recommend her place if you are in the Wooster area.

Second time staying at Beth’s farm. Always beautiful and our kids absolutely love it! Everything about the house and property is perfect and having all the animals (especially the horses) makes it easy for the kids to stay entertained all day. Beth is a great host and is so accommodating to the kids.

Super cute house! Great getaway, we all felt right at home! Two adults and six kids and we didn't try to kill each other once! That beanbag chair was absolutely the favorite!

The farmhouse is on a very quiet, peaceful dirt road; during our long weekend we barely saw a handful of cars. This suited us and our two dogs just fine, as we could walk them alongside all the nearby roads without fear—if we could manage the rollercoaster hills! We had mixed weather of rain and warm temperatures, so the large back screened-in porch was perfect for enclosing wet dogs without letting them into the rest of the house, and it was nicely furnished for reading and having meals outside. The bathrooms were generously equipped with towels and accoutrements, and the kitchen had all the cooking essentials. Cozy pillows and throws were everywhere. We really enjoyed our introduction to this area of Ohio, and we hope to return for more explorations.

This was such a special stay. This felt like a home in some European little country setting but it’s right here in USA. It was so cozy. The host was so amazing. They went above and beyond in some small mishaps. We were so sad to leave. We absolutely can not wait to be back.

The cabin was lovely, all the outdoor spaces were so serene and the full true wrap around porch was a dream. The two Basement bedrooms & the bedroom that used to be maybe a Florida room? were extremely cold at night which made for a little discomfort at bedtime. Everything else was lovely and so cozy. Great communication.

I'm gonna start with it being a duplex because that's what made me hesitant in the beginning. you could not ask for a better neighbor. she is very quiet friendly and helpful. we honestly never knew she was there. Mr Darby the host was always quick to answer and very helpful for us. the house is 15 minutes from everything which is always a plus for us. and not to mention the giant 98" tv in the living room which is a huge GameDay plus for any man. this will definitely be our go to place when we are in the area.
