Pas très facile à trouver. C'est le problème de Managua: le manque de signalisation et de nom de rue. Mais c'est tout à fait correct pour le prix, la literie, la propreté. Les chambres sont des studio, la notre avait une petite cuisine, un grand frigo...mais l'air conditionné est payant?!?!? Et il n'y a pas d'eau chaude.

diese Unterkunft ist ein besonderes Schätzchen, sehr ruhig, so liebevoll, mit wunderbarem Frühstück. Don Carlos und Doña Miranda sind ganz besondere Menschen, ihre Unterkunft ein kleines Museum der Zeiten. Auch der Fahrer Luis ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Si quieres tener una experiencia directa con la parte histórica de Granada, este es el lugar. La habitación está en una casa antigua, con estilo y decoración de época. La ubicación frente a uno de los principales atractivos de la ciudad y cerca de todo, en pleno centro histórico. Y Uriel y su esposa muy amables y acogedores, dispuestos ayudar siempre y a dar buenas recomendaciones. Incluso me ayudaron con flexibilidad de alojamiento por un inconveniente que tuve en el camino. 100% recomendado.

Wenn man von Leon kommt, ist der Busbahnhof ganz in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und die Gemeinschaftsküche hat alles, was man braucht. Omar ist vor Ort und sehr nett. Er hat zwei süsse Hunde und eine süsse Katze. Die Unterkunft ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

bon séjour chez Ernesto. la personne qui s'occupe du logement (omar) à été très accueillante. les familles qui vivent autour on également été sympathique. la chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et bien équipée. nous avons aussi pu laver notre linge dans la machine à disposition dans la cour. grande cuisine commune pratique pour cuisiner.

I stayed 12 days at Casa Crickmar. The private pool was amazing, customer service was terrific, and the location was unbeatable.

Great & secure location, very helpful host and lovely & spacious house. The hosts were great in that they managed to get me my desired table size so I could work. And I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this establishment. Thanks.

¡Muy buena estadía para nuestro grupo de 5 amigos! La casa estaba impecable y las 3 habitaciones muy cómodas. Tenía todo lo necesario y el patio interior fue un plus para charlar y relajarnos con música (la TV tenía internet). Gretchell es una anfitriona excelente. Muy buena comunicación, súper amable y el check-in fue fácil porque nos esperaba. Tuvimos un tema con la piscina (estaba cerrada), pero lo solucionó de inmediato consiguiéndonos pases para otra. ¡Muy eficiente! Además, nos consiguió taxi al aeropuerto en Managua ($60). Hay varios minimarkets cerca, lo cual es práctico. Totalmente recomendado. Lugar cómodo y Gretchell muy atenta. Solo ojo si van con niños pequeños: hay una terraza en el segundo piso sin protección. ¡Por lo demás, perfecto! Volveríamos.

I’m not very fond of old homes, but this house felt very cozy and we enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in several Airbnbs in Granada and we noticed that most of the places didn’t have screens in their windows and felt claustrophobic, since we couldn’t open the windows because of mosquitoes, but this house had screens and we loved getting fresh air at night rather than A.C. Brad was super responsive and friendly, I would definitely stay here if we ever come back to Granada.

Super charming house in a quiet, safe part of town, only a two-minute (or less) walk to the center of town. We LOVED the colonial feel of the house and the plunge pool for that hot afternoon heat...chef's kiss. Ashley provided us with everything we could possibly need: AC, hot water, soap/shampoo (bc I definitely forgot to pack it), speedy Wifi, a fully functional kitchen, comfy bed...the list goes on and on. Julio was also amazing and very accommodating to our schedule. We loved this little gem in Granada so much we actually wanted to book another weekend...but it was already booked (boo!). We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Ashley!

Maria was the kindest host. The place was serene and gorgeous- we felt right at home. She recommended the best restaurants in Managua and even Granada. The place was just as listed. Quiet at night, easy to locate, decorated with impeccable taste. We will definitely be back. Many thanks!

Es un lugar muy amplio, iluminado, limpio y organizado. El sector es muy tranquilo, con restaurant, tiendas, farmacias y supermercados cerca. Me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento, estuvieron pendientes de mí, me dieron recomendaciones y ayuda, muy útiles. Mi experiencia fue excelente, extremadamente recomendable que hospeden acá.
