It was truly the best accommodation! It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for seven of us to stay. Not only was the sea right in front, but the sunset was also breathtaking. If I ever visit Guam again, I would definitely want to stay here again!

The last 15 days at Ocean Villa Unit 205 before leaving Guam made my four years on the island truly special. Indescribably beautiful sunsets, barefoot walks on the beach, and reading under the trees have all made Guam an unforgettable memory. I hope those visiting Guam get to experience these moments as well.

It was very nice and spacious. Loved the house and how clean it was. Provided everything we needed. It was a good spot because you can walk to many places. The only thing is it gets loud on Friday nights because of the club. But overall it was good.

Shirley is a great host. She was always quick to respond and helpful. The place was even better than we imagined. Very clean,spacious and convenient.

Everything was as in the descriptions. Nice and peaceful place. Host was great. Thank you.

친구들과 단체로 묶는데 적합한 숙소였어요! 수영장도 이용할 수 있고, 숙소 위치도 시내접근하기 너무 좋았어요.시끄럽지 않고 만족했어요. 차끌고 주차할때 턱이 높아 불편했던것같아요. 그 점만 빼면 만족한 숙소였습니다~~!

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

What an amazing place! 10/10 would come back and stay again! Not only was their clear communication, but the atmosphere and surroundings were incredible! Highly recommend to anyone!

we arrived in the middle of the night and yet she waited for us and gave us a quick introduction of everything we need to know. Very kind and always answers fast!
