ERCAN BEY, son derece saygılı, efendi,anlayışlı ,sıcak,bir insan. Bizi nazik ve hoş karşıladı. Ev doğa ile iç içe, temiz, ferah genişti. Ev içinde ihtiyacımız olan herşey fazla fazla vardı. Renkli bir ev, tıpki kendim gibi☺Kliması ve sobası var. Üşüme problemi yaşamadık . Tekrar tercih edip konaklayacağım bir konut.

Ev sahibi Hatice hanım son derece kibar ve yardımsever, irtibat oldukça kolay ve ilgili. Evin konumu dolayısıyla manzara muhteşem. Havası mükemmel. Araç ile izmiri ve çevresini dolaşmak için merkezi konumda, marketlere yakın. Ailemle beraber muhteşem zaman geçirdik, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilir, 10 üstünden 10 verebilirim.

Ev fotoğraflarda gözükenden çok daha iyi, müthiş bir manzaraya sahip, odalar geniş ve rahat, her odada koridorda dahi oda kokuları var, ev tertemiz ve mis gibi kokuyor, bulut bey çok ilgili daire işlek bir caddede bulunduğundan arabamızı park etmek için park yeri dahi tuttu bizim için, her şey için teşekkürler.

We had a very pleasant stay. The beautiful beach is right in front of the house, which was a real highlight for us. The accommodation itself is quite small but nicely furnished and very clean. We had to get used to the limited storage space, especially in the bathroom, and had to figure out where to put our things. The kitchen equipment was okay, but the stovetop was quite weak and didn’t get hot enough for proper frying. However, the washing machine and dishwasher were a great plus. The check-in process with the key box was super easy and went very smoothly. Ilke was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had, providing us with great tips for the area. Parking spaces were available nearby, which was convenient. Apart from occasional noise from military helicopters and shooting practice at the nearby military area, it was otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

We had a very pleasant five day stay here. The unit is in the countryside, surrounded by nature, but less than a ten minute walk into the seaside town of Iskele. Hosts Serap and Kerim were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the company of the dogs and cats on the greater property. Would definitely stay again.

Villa grande, perfecta para familias de 7 personas. Cumple con lo anunciado. Cocina espectacular. Diseño moderno, casa limpia, muy bien decorada y con buena luz. Tenía aire acondicionado frío-calor. El jardín estaba muy bien cuidado. Dentro hay una pequeña plaza de pàrquing. Aunque nuestra furgoneta de 9 personas no cabía en la plaza de parking dentro de la villa, delante de la villa había sitio de sobra para aparcar. Gracias a Cozys houses por la experiencia.

Her şey harikaydı, ev tertemizdi. İzban’a 3-4 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi, konum olarak da çok rahattık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz 🙏🏻

Yaklaşık 10 yıldır seyahat eden bir cift olarak bir çok ev villa kulübe gördük.. ama burası gördüğümüz ve yaşadığımız evler arasında en güzelleri arasına girecek bir mekandı. evi kendi başına değerlendirecek olsak puani düşük kalir fakat taş mutfağı alt ve üst bahçesi muhteşem derece de huzurluydu. 2 çocuğum içinde mükemmel bir tatil oldu daha önce izmir de yaşadığım için dolu dolu her yeri gezme imkanımız oldu. Mehmet amca nasıl güzel bir insan her gün bir ihtiyacımız var mı diye geldi. hem merkeze yakın hemde çeşme Seferihisar gibi bir çok plaja kolaylıkla ulaşılabilecek konumdaydi. bizim beklentimiz karşıladı. 2 coxukla genellikle evde yemek yapan ve yiyen bir aile olarak mutfak gereçleri biraz daha fazla olabilirdi ama onu da her yemekte yıkayarak hallettik.
