Tolle Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Haus war sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der privat Strand vor der Tür ist wirklich toll, genauso wie das Resort nebenan, der day pass lohnt sich auf jedenfalls für einen gemütlichen Strand Tag. Marielou die housekeeperin war super nett und herzlich und hat für uns alles was wir wollten organisiert, danke nochmal. Auch der pick up Service den Peter organisiert hat, war wirklich sehr angenehm und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Peter & Marielou!

Мы с моими друзьями арендовали эту прекрасную виллу на несколько дней. На вилле есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, удивило наличие различных коктейльных бокалов. Очень удобные кровати. Бассейн с чистой водой без запаха хлорки. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый всегда помочь по любым вопросам. Tess и её муж тоже всегда были на связи и очень старались мне помочь с поисками моего улетевшего дрона. До пляжа и до большого супермаркета не больше 10 минут, дом расположен довольно удачно.

Stunning hilltop views of sea and island, nice roomy bedrooms and living space, great balcony space, attentive local support. Overall a great place to chill and relax. Highly recommend for small group/couple looking for peace and tranquility away from the beachfront touristy hotel scene but be prepared to reply on e trike transportation to get to and from station 1,2,3 areas. Will definitely return which sums it up.

We loved our stay. The hosts and the caretaker are super accommodating. Everything is clean and pristine. It’s a trike ride away from the main beach but there are 2 small beaches in walking distance . The place is so peaceful and serene. When it's time to go, the caretaker will also call you an e-tryke so you won't have to walk to the main road. We really enjoyed our relaxed and peaceful vaccation.

Great apartment and a wonderful host who helped us with all our questions. Can recommend for sure when you are kite surfing. The house is next to the kite spot

Great place! Really clean and nice and clean amenities. It’s a bit of a trek from the centre and not much around in terms of restaurants but it’s exactly what I was looking for. So peaceful and quiet which was ideal for remote work (although the wifi is a little spotty so I’d recommend buying some data). The kitchen is great to prepare meals and then watching sunsets on the terrace each night. Thanks Justin and Rodgie!

My wife and I had a great week staying at Renelito's place. It was exactly what we had hoped. Centrally located with both White Beach & Bulabog Beach a few minutes walk away, and similarly close to DMall and all the shops & restaurants in the area without being in the middle of the bustling Station 2. Access was easy via the security guard and thanks to Renelito's clear & proactive assistance we had no issues checking in or out. The apartment was clean & tidy with a well-equpped kitchen and sitting room, a large comfy bed, good AC and a modern TV set-up. There was a nice looking pool available but we didn't use it, prefering to go to the beaches instead. We would definitely book again, thanks Renelito.

What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. Staying at D’Casa was an absolute delight! The place was spotless, beautiful interior, and exactly as described in the listing. It truly had everything you need - fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Paulie (the host) was incredibly responsive. The location is quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to my family and friends. ♥️

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.

Пребывание в данном кондо было замечательным, чувствовал себя как дома. Прямо у выхода из комплекса остановка общественного транспорта, также на речепшине возможно вызвать e-trike. В кондо также имеется небольшой бассейн и тренажёрный зал.

What a great slice of paradise this airbnb was. It has everything you need at your fingertips! The staff are wonderful and the area is perfect. We absolutely loved every part of our stay here! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

This unit is a really nice place to say in Boracay if you want to be away from the noise and the crowd. Its a bit far from the main attractions. It would really depend on your preference. They offer a free shuttle bus going to/from DMall. Catch is it leaves every 2 hours. You can charter an etrike but it will cost 300 php. The unit is a long walk from the property entrance and even from the reception. It is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. It was challenging to carry our luggage. It might not be ideal for families with elders or kids. But for me, I like the ambiance, the peace, and the spacious unit. The owner was very sweet - provided us a gallon of Wilkins, 3 ripe mangoes, free milk, coffee, tea and sugar ❣️ Though I recommend doing something about the slippery bathtub and the split type aircon (turns on and off). Overall our experience was great.😌

The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I also really appreciated how safe and peaceful the place felt—it made me feel right at home. The building staff were incredibly helpful and kind to guests. I also loved the interior so much—it was beautifully done—and the place was so complete with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended !

We had a great time on June's place. Highly recommended to families looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation in Boracay. Newcoast is awesome.
