I wanted to stay somewhere that was walking distance to the amenities of Jolly Harbour (without having to hire a car/golf cart) and Anita’s place offered just that. In addition, my friend and I visited a number of beaches during our stay, but the one that is right on the doorstep was actually our favourite. There were a couple of things not working (eg one of the TVs) but this was all clearly explained from the start and did not negatively impact the stay. Communication was also excellent between Anita and Ulrike. I would definitely look to stay at Anita’s property again if it was available next time I visit beautiful Antigua.

Great location, near a beautiful beach (our favourite so far!!) and direct access to the water for my SUP!! The house had beautiful views from the balcony and patio. It was spacious, had everything you need to cook and has washer/dryer facilities. Air con worked well. Added bonus was UK plug adapters as we forgot ours!! You will definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. The supermarket in the complex is the best we have found so far and the only place that seems to sell fresh milk. El Porto was reasonably priced, food was good and there was live music on Monday.

The private deck and garden are outstanding. There is a wide variety of exotic plants and visiting animals, including hummingbirds, lizards, and snails. The villa overlooks a beautiful harbour and hillls. The location is excellent - 5 minute walk to Jolly Beach, 8 minute walk to a well-stocked supermarket (Epicurean), good access to restaurants, bars, water sports, tour agents and transport. The villa is in a neighbourhood of similar villas facing the harbour. We felt quite private and secure. Chris and Katie were very responsive, provided helpful and structured information and were very flexible, including in respect of late check-out.

Our stay was excellent. We ended up having to stay a little longer than intended, but we got lots of great help from host to accommodate us. Very happy with this stay. Thank you.

Great place. My family and I felt at home here and were very comfortable. Great view from the porch and my kids loved the yard. Within walking distance to some shops or a very short drive to everything the area had to offer. Gave great recommendations for food and activities. We had one issue with the Internet and the property manager Michael was there right away to take care of the issue. Would definitely stay again

Felecia is the manager of the villa not the owner. She is the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. We had a few issues while we were there but she organised tradesmen extremely quickly without fuss or bother. The villa is in a very quiet location and is very tidy and well equipped. There is a golf cart with the rental which is an absolute necessity if you do not plan to hire a car because the bars, restaurants are a 30 minute walk away. The Supermarket (Epicurian) is also a good distance away and the only one in the area but is very expensive. Beaches are close by with one about a five minute walk (no sun beds though) and Jolly beach is further but reachable with the golf cart. There are a few restaurants by the marina and all are expensive with varying levels of service from slow to very slow but it’s Antigua so you have to adapt to their pace. There’s a lot of building going on in Jolly Harbour especially by the Marina which is not too intrusive yet but it will ramp up.

Excellent location, close to the beach, great restaurants nearby - highly recommend this spot for a stay in Antigua. Jolly Harbor was our favorite spot in Antigua and is a great home base for anyone's visit. Kevin was a great host, very responsive and helpful getting us checked-in.

Really enjoyed our stay with Lena Company at Jolly Harbour. accommodation was high quality, completely as described, lovely location, and a great place from which to enjoy Jolly Harbour and the surrounding area. Definitely would come again. Very helpful host, who responded to all queries quickly and helpfully.

Really nice accommodation. The living area has no air conditioning so the days with no breeze were tough. Stay in the pool or the bedroom on those days😎. Great location as Galley Bay Beach is stunning. The sunsets were awesome and the grill by the pool, perfect! Nearest supermarket is Perry Bay. Good for essentials but Epicurean has a broader selection. The only downfall were the pesky jet skis on the bay during the day. We have been to Antigua a few times so we tend to want to stay at the villa and relax. Overall a wonderful stay! Skep who is the house manager is a gem!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this villa! It was the perfect setup and amount of space for us all to spread out. The best part was definitely hanging out in the backyard space with the amazing views of Falmouth Harbour and looking out to sea (you have views of both). It was great to have outdoor couches and tables/chairs to hang out in the shade, and there was always a lovely breeze! The pool was great, too! The host answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, both before and during the trip- she gave us some much appreciated tips and advice for restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the English Harbour area of the island. Although it’s a bit farther from the airport, it is our favorite part of the island so we were happy to be based on this side. I would also highly recommend doing an excursion with Barefoot Antigua for anyone looking for a boat excursion :)

A fabulous location with all the amenities but the choice of whether to go all inclusive or not. We enjoyed travelling out of the resort to find different local restaurants, but you have different options for dining in if you want. The villa is a fabulous tranquil spot, only a short walk to the beach, or the different pool options. With the gym and tennis or pickleball nearby too, this was an ideal location.

Une magnifique villa dans un cadre tranquille et proche de la mer. Parfait pour visiter les plages alentours. La villa est super bien équipée pour cuisiner, la piscine est sécuritaire pour les enfants, mes petits de 3 ans avaient pieds sur toute la longueur!! Un incroyable séjour, je recommande vivement, les 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain sont très commodes pour les groupes et l’épicerie est a distance de marche.

4 of us had the best possible stay at The Pink House,which surpassed our expectations.The house is very well equipped with everything you could possible need, lovely comfy beds,great showers,fab kitchen,bbq, sunloungers,pool,and lots of outdoor space.Nearby beach has 2 restaurants ,plus many more in the town,all within walking distance. We loved it so much we have already booked to return next year.

Carib House was a wonderful retreat for our family trip. The house was laid out in a way that was conducive to family time yet also allowed private time. The views are stunning. The kitchen was well equipped (loved the cookware) and we were able to eat in quite a bit. Lou was extremely helpful with information about local activities. And when Tropical Storm Ernesto came through our last day she was available to help us know what to do to ride it out. The maid service was so lovely....it really enabled us to enjoy our vacation even more. Do not hesitate to stay at Carib House. We will definitely stay again when we next visit!

Beautiful and clean villa in a very quiet and safe area. Cheri was sweet & helpful, and personally greeted us on our first day. Because the area is so secluded, there aren’t that many food options nearby if you get hungry on a whim or like to snack a lot. We drove to other parts of the island on most days or ordered food on AllMart. (Tip: Get a rental car to get around or plan ahead to spend $$ on taxis!) Overall, we loved our stay and had the best time!!!

It was our first time renting an Airbnb and honestly I was a little nervous with the process but Amy made things very easy. We had a wonderful stay. The villa is beautiful and clean. Amy was a great host and answered all of our questions as they came up. We were looking forward to staying in the Jolly Harbour because we really enjoyed two restaurants in the area on our previous visits. When we arrived, one restaurant was closed and the other was torn down, so we were very disappointed. Jolly beach is beautiful and wide. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the villa. The only issues with the villa were the light switches with the dimmers, they weren’t consistent. We also wished the tv had some basic cable since not everyone uses apps. The master bedroom bed was a bit firm for us. Lastly, I wish the deck got sun. These issues did not interfere with our stay (just few curse words) and the rest was very nice!! I would recommend this villa.

Stacey was very responsive. That is a huge plus especially when we are tired from traveling and not familiar with the island. Her partner was there to greet us and he provided a tour. We had decided to rent a golf cart and it was at the property waiting for us when we arrived. There was a small issue and Stacey had someone come take care of us immediately. The property is picturesque, close to the beach and very comfortable. There is also a small grocery within walking distance which provided what we needed to be able to eat in. The tv was set up with a Firestick and ready for use. Nice little surprise. Overall was a wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant villa wonderful location just a few minutes from wonderful beach with great bar/restaurant. Longer walk to supermarket and restaurants but enjoyable walk and much needed after tooo much relaxation. Would definitely book again if we decided to return to Antigua for 6th time!! Extremely enjoyable holiday with lovely people - what more could you ask for.

We really liked this place. It was both close to the facilities around Jolly Harbour, but away from the main shops and houses, which may it feel really private. The sun terrace and pool were great spaces to hang out in as the evening set in and the front room was spacious and relaxing after dark. Each bedroom has a really nice en suite facility and large shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Walter came to see us a couple of times and was very friendly. There is currently some construction going on futher down the hill. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but only a couple of times was there a little more noise. Walter couldn't apologise enough and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice of him! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Cecily was a great host. Normally we do a keyless entry , but she was waiting for us at the Airbnb when we arrived. The pictures don’t do justice! It is a beautiful spacious home and the views are amazing ! The grill by the pool was an amazing touch! There are a few small supermarkets nearby which made it easy to get goods Only thing I would recommend bringing soap to wash your things for the week, dishes, clothes .. etc Overall our group enjoyed the stay Thank you

This house is delightful, great location, close to Jolly harbour, 10 minutes walk for the supermarket, car hire, bar’s & restaurants and Jolly beach. Hazel is delightful, she is the very responsive local host, she saw us in and out and responded immediately when we had questions. Lava is a great local driver who picked us up from the airport and took us when we needed him, or you can just walk down the drive and get on the local bus. The house is large and well fitted with all we needed. Lovely birds visiting the garden. A good sized pool to dip into. We enjoyed being at this independent location, as opposed to being in one of the lovely but large resort hotels around the island. Alistair responded quickly, before and during our trip. As he advised, it’s well worth getting a car to explore the island and it’s 365 beaches for at least part of your stay Antigua is lovely & very easy to do Thank you Alistair don’t bother going to Shirley Heights on Sunday, crowded with long Q’s

Anne’s place is wonderful!! It felt like I was in my own home with everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach was walking distance from the Villa and there were two restaurants on the beach that we took advantage of. We had breakfast at Petals which was amazing. We will definitely reach out to Anne the next time we’re planning a trip to Antigua. I just want to say to future Airbnb renters of this unit, please tip the housekeeping staff. Also please generously tip the wait staff at any restaurant you go to. The Antiguans are most friendly and welcoming. Always remember this beautiful island is not like your country or city.
