Quiet place and warm, lots of things to do in a walkable distance. Great place to hang out downtown. I’ve spent Christmas week.

Très bon séjour chez Apostolos. Tout était conforme à la description et l’hôte était réactif et disponible. Le logement est un peu éloigné du centre ville si vous souhaitez tout faire à pied (environ à 40min de marche du centre-ville) et dans une rue un peu bruyante mais cela ne m’a pas gênée. Le balcon est très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou regarder le soleil se coucher.

Georgi’s place was very nice and well maintained. The amenities were clearly listed while booking the stay. The apartment has good public transport connectivity to all the major places and marketplace. Georgi was proactive in replying with any questions. Overall a great place to stay at :)

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν απίστευτα εξυπηρετικός.Ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγράφηκε.Καθαρό σπίτι με όλα τα απαραίτητα.Κοντά στο δωμάτιο υπάρχουν τα πάντα.Άνετα σας το συνιστώ με τα χίλια!!Θα σας αρέσει πολύ!!

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Good location ,clean and nice balcony to sit in the morning. The bed is super comfortable, I have a bad back and normally wake up in pain the mattress was the highlight of my stay 😊 a nice suprise I guess so I felt worth noting in my review.

Sofia’s place was perfect for our stay. Close to the metro for easy access to the Center. Very clean and easy to find. All hosts were very responsive and proactive in communications, making check-in and everything easy!

Evin konumu merkezi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Arabayı kısa süreli caddeye park ederek eşyalarımızı eve taşıdık. Otopark olarak belediye otoparkını (günlük 12,9 €) kullandık. Bu konuda ev sahibinin giriş önerileri ve otopark önerileri faydalı oldu. Otopark eve 5dk yürüyüş mesafesinde) Ev merkezi konumda, cadde üzeri ve birçok market ve iyi restorana, kafeye çok yakın. Ev caddede olduğu için biraz ses oldu, çok rahatsız edici değildi. Ev 5.katta ve asansör mevcut. Bir haftalık konaklamamızda, sabah kahvaltıları için mutfak ve ekipman yeterliydi. Evin ısıtması gayet iyi. Evin temizliği gerçekten çok iyiydi. Küçük ara raflar, yatak başı dolaplar çok temizdi. Yedek havlular mevcuttu. Ev sahile ve Beyaz Kule’ye 10dk yürüme mesafesinde. Gece gündüz yürüyerek merkeze ulaştık. Gece geç saatte veya mekan çıkışları taksi tercih ettik, merkezden 5€ tutuyor. Tüm tatilimiz boyunca ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Selanik seyehatlerinizde tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir ev olacak. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα! Καθαρό κ προσεγμένο. Η Ελένη σαν οικοδέσποινα ήταν καταπληκτική. Άμεσα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία ή διευκρίνιση χρειάστηκε. Μας διευκόλυνε με την ώρα άφιξης Κ ώρα αναχώρησης για την εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών μας , κάτι που μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα κ όταν ξανά επισκεφτούμε την Θεσσαλονίκη θα είναι πρώτο στις επιλογές μας😁😄

A lakás nagyon szépen berendezett, hangulatos, minden igényünket kielégítette. Külön kiemelném a teraszt, amit mindenki szeretett.

The flat is very large and bright, very nicely furnished with two separable sleeping areas and comfy beds. The outside balcony is great to enjoy both breakfast and a quiet drink with mezze in the evening. The 5th floor is very manageable as the stairs are large and not slippery. The location is perfect: close enough to the bustling waterfront with specialty shops and numerous restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful night and there are two lurker supermarket right outside. Amenities are complete and well thought, including a very useful electric transformer. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back with great pleasure!

Wir haben sehr spontan diese Unterkunft gebucht. Der CheckIn war sehr unkompliziert. Parken war einfach vor dem Gebäude möglich. Die Unterkunft war einwandfrei gereinigt. Das Highlight ist die Aussicht. Diese muss man live sehen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder.

Όμορφα ανακαινισμένο και πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα με ωραία αισθητική και διακόσμηση, ζεστό με όμορφο μπάνιο

Υπέροχος και καθαρός χώρος, με όμορφη θέα στην πόλη. Αυτό που κυρίως το κάνει να ξεχωρίζει είναι το υδρομασάζ.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und empfahl uns z.B. Parkplätze und Restaurants. Das half uns sehr durch den Trubel der Stadt in den Osterfeiertagen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und man merkt, dass sie mit Liebe eingerichtet ist. Es ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase. Der Whirlpool war ein tolles Plus, wir konnten uns dort abends super entspannen. Natürlich hört man auf dem Balkon die Stadtgeräusche, aber uns störte dies wenig. Dafür war die Lage super, es gab viele Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten rundherum. Das einzige was für uns persönlich besser gewesen wäre, sind zwei Bettdecken fürs Bett, sodass jede Person eine eigene hat. Das ist aber nur unsere persönliche Präferenz. Wir können es jedem empfehlen! Ein toller Abschluss unseres Urlaubes in Griechenland.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα αυτό ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρος! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, πολυ όμορφος, πολυ προσεγμένος, πολυ καθαρός, με τέλεια θέα, το τζακούζι υπέροχο, καλά οργανωμένη κουζίνα με ολα τα απαραίτητα!! Θα το έκλεινα ξανά και ξανά 👌

Πολύ καλή διαμονή, εύκολη πρόσβαση, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Πολύ κοντά στα πάντα και με τα ΜΜΜ κινείσαι άνετα παντού χωρίς πρόβλημα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άριστη! Την επόμενη φορά που θα ξαναβρεθώ στη Θεσσαλονίκη θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Πολύ όμορφος, καλοδιατηρημένος χώρος, με ωραία έπιπλα και παροχές. Ήσυχη περιοχή, προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, άριστος στην δουλειά του, καθώς και συνεπής. Σίγουρα χρειάζεσαι κάποια χρήματα για να μείνεις μέρες, αν όμως τα διαθέτεις πιστεύω θα αξίζει να τα δώσεις .
