Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. An upstairs (lots of stairs), rear entrance offers a private feel. Short walk to stores, YMCA, restaurants, dog parks & more! 12 min drive to DCA & Braddock metro about a mile. Noise may be an issue if you need silence.
