Amazing place of stay. Everything very near by. Host was too sweet.

It was a satisfactory experience for 9-10 days. The host was attentive, responsible and quite helpful. The place was clean and almost similar to the pictures. Absolutely there should not be any complain about the amenities and facilities provided by the owner. Most importantly, it was a beautiful picturesque surrounding with all necessary shops and facilities within a walkable distance.

A nice cosy apartment for a family of 3. The terrace garden is a cherry on the cake. Sophie was very helpful with anything we needed. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. A tuk-tuk ride away from metro station.

A great place to stay if you want to be centrally located between Ramoji Film City, the airport, and the city. Snehal is very responsive, and the check-in process is smooth and hassle-free. Perfect for families and ideal for groups of 8–10 people. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The accommodation was really great, I visited Mohammad’s place with my parents and as soon as I booked the flat, Mohammad was very responsive. The check-in was quite smooth as Mohammad shared very specific instructions which made it super easy. He was proactive with his communication ensuring we don’t face any issues. The place was quite lovely, tad small though but quite cosy. As it was on ground floor, it’s very convenient for any elderly person. Hardly 10-15 mins walk to Birla Temple, Hussain Sagar Lake, Secretariat building, NTR gardens and 2 mins walk to Basheerbagh main road. Very close to a supermarket too. My stay was lovely and I’ll recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in the heart of the city!!!

I had an amazing stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Host’s Neha was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Mike's a great host. The flat was clean and spacious, we had an event close by and it was great to have parking. Kitchen had all the basic amenities. Overall stay was good.

Had a great stay. Space was good for 7 persons. The rest rooms were kept clean and neat. Able to connect with them quickly in case of help.

Nice place to hang out especially with my bunch of students. Staffs were very cooperative and polite. Nice place for peaceful get together. Owner also turn out from nowhere just to check whether we are comfortable or not. It was a nice gesture from the owner. Will definitely come back again in winter, next time with a group of more than 30 people. I recommend this place for any type of get together. U have many options to hang out but customer service is what stands out among the all. Here we are fully satisfied with their services right from the owner to the caretakers not to forget to mention the support of Mr. Shekhar.

The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. Venky was an outstanding host, ensuring our every need was met with promptness and courtesy. The welcome amenities and personalized touches made us feel truly special. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. Allowed a late check out without any hassle. The garden is lovely and a peaceful spot to hang out in. Really nice.

Well when we as a group of old friends decided to meet for a reunion and were looking for a place to spend an entire day reliving byogone days, we ended up our search at this place just an hour away from city. What a place! That was our reaction as soon as we entered the premises. The structures within the area are tastefully designed and placed giving prominence to the greenery. We were welcomed by Sandeep: our host and gave a brief about what we would be in for. He was warm and suave and we connected instantly. We had the entire property to ourselves and we indulged in playing Futsal in the lawn area, reminiscing and having lots of banters. We were assisted by 2 caretakers who are always present to tend to your needs at any point in time. The food was top notch and we also had some BBQ during night time along with great music and projector in the lounge area. Although we didn't use the swimming pool and thus missing out, it was clean and was designed perfectly with artificial water f

Certainly Gem of place and It was a wonderful stay with peace and quiet surrounding as well. I stayed for a week with family, my son felt so homely and they provides all the necessities. Moreover, Meghna and her family is really humble and always ready to help incase of anything, Although we couldn't get much time to interact with them :( Next time maybe.., Would love to come back. I highly recommend.
