Home away from home. Great spot to work remotely, beautiful sunsets, beach walks, surfing spots 5 min walk down the beach. Unreal spot, wish it was more of a secret, but gotta support the beautiful spot what Corey has created!

I wish I could rate Margaritas place 10 stars! The location is great and her apartment is so cozy! I loved having 2 bathrooms and ample space. Access was seamless and communication was great! Margarita is a premier host in Cartagena! Do not hesitate to book with her!

Excellent stay. Premises and surroundings are exactly as described. Apartment is well furnished with the comforts of home and the property manager (office two minutes away) responds immediately. I've paid twice as much for a fraction of the amenities. They even provide beach towels! Exceptional value for the money and perfect for long stays. The host provides an awesome detailed info package about the apartment, town and activities. Uber safe building with a system of locking doors and gates. I was able to keep A/C costs low by opening up the windows and doors every morning to take advantage of the constant breezes. Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, including hiking trails and access to all points north, south and east. Food is inexpensive with an abundance of street food vendors. The town has something for everyone and at this time of year is busy as Easter is next week. SJDS undergoes a total transformation that is interesting to see.

Jen's place is beautiful and was a great size for a short stay for the two of us. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. Jen is super responsive and had great suggestions for things going on in the area or activities we might want to check out. She got back to us right away with any questions we had. Jen is very friendly and accommodating: I would recommend her place to anyone! Thanks, Jen, for all your help and how easy-going you are!

El departamento es excelente tal cual las fotos. Es amplio, cómodo, muy bien calefaccionado y limpio. La zona es linda y cerca de todo. Sin embargo, por las noches la avenida es una pista de picadas de motos y autos que aceleran e interrumpen el descanso. Una lástima la ausencia de policía en la zona. Claro que no tiene nada que ver con la administración del depto. Gracias por todo.

A estadia foi muito boa. O apartamento era exatamente igual nas fotos. Tivemos um self check-in e self check-out muito fáceis. O apartamento possuía cozinha completa (exceto microondas), o banheiro era amplo, a cama era boa, a vista maravilhosa. O ar condicionado funcionava super bem. Tinha estacionamento público ao lado, então sempre há lugar para parar o carro. Hospedagem excelente, recomendo!

Zona muy tranquila, excelente ubicación y una hermosa Vista. Las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, y es muy comodo.

We loved house over the water! We especially enjoyed our very comfortable balcony to enjoy the bay, read and relax. The house had everything you needed and more, we used the kitchen, lounge areas and the rooms were comfortable with AC. About a 20 minute walk to the heart of bocas town and a taxi ride, e bike ride or water taxi to beautiful beaches all around the islands. Claudia and Marlon were very communicative and helpful hosts.

Le logement est splendide, parfaitement propre et décoré avec goût. Le cadre est tout simplement magique : au bord de l’eau, au calme, à l’écart de la route, tout en étant à deux pas des commerces et du centre. Les instructions d’arrivée sont claires et précises, ce qui facilite vraiment l’arrivée. Sophie est une hôte exemplaire, toujours réactive, disponible, et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle nous a donné d’excellents conseils sur les endroits où manger et a répondu à toutes nos questions. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home. It's even more impressive than the photos - we were genuinely shocked when we arrived! It was so nice that we found it extremely hard to leave and when we did we were excited to come back. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need and very modern. The bedrooms were beautiful and equipped with very expensive mattresses. The master bedroom's ensuite was the most beautiful experience, it honestly felt like a nature spa! I can't recommend it enough for a peaceful getaway and a base to explore the national park. The host was also really helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, she was super responsive!

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en la casa. Es divina, súper cómoda tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La recomendamos y sin dudas volveríamos a elegir. El entorno, la comodidad, limpieza, etc. todo perfecto!!

Passamos dias ótimos, muito bem acomodados. A casa é realmente tudo aquilo que mostra nas fotos, bonita, com ótimo espaço para reunir os amigos, curtir um churrasco e a natureza. Ninha e Toninho são muito receptivos, gentis e cuidam muito bem da casa e dos hospedes.

Hermosa villa, coincidió perfecto con las fotos y descripción del lugar, estuvimos muy cómodos como en nuestra casa, Vanessa, el Señor Dexter y Mario todos muy amables y atentos para servirnos. Muy bien recomendados 🥰

The location is great, right on the water and steps from the Bocas Dive Center. The apartment was neat and clean, and Jason and Naomi were very helpful, providing us with lots of tips. The bedroom situation was a bit unusual, each having its own entrance, but overall, it was comfortable.

An unforgettable experience! Steve’s well equipped apartment was clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. But what made it special was its location. It is located on a long narrow causeway (Amador) that connects 2 islands to the mainland. His apartment has a wall of glass windows and sliding patio door that overlooks the channel where boats enter the Panama Canal. Fabulous to watch from inside AND outside on the patio and rooftop deck. If you comfortable with using public transportation, there are local bus stops on the causeway that will take you to the main terminal of transportation to any place local or long distance. That causeway is wonderful. Safe, family friendly, lovely for a cooling evening stroll.

Nos encantó esta propiedad, el apartamento muy lindo y limpio con preciosa vista a la marina y al mar. Fuimos día de semana y estaba muy tranquilo todo justo como nos gusta! Fui con mis padres y mi hija de 3 años y todos salimos muy relajados y felices. La piscina que corresponde a la locación de la propiedad está muy cerca y como mencioné fuimos día de semana y estaba para nosotros solitos. Para ir a otras áreas de Buenaventura definitivamente tiene que ser en carro ya que las distancias son largas caminando, visitamos el Puntarena Beach Club y el zoológico todo muy bonito. Proper Rents también fue muy atento con todas las dudas que teníamos y las instrucciones para entrar a la propiedad fueron muy claras y fáciles. Como ya mencioné todo estaba muy limpio y la cocina muy completa. Definitivamente recomendamos a Proper Rents y esta propiedad, no se van a arrepentir!

Nos encantó, las vistas son preciosas, por la noche se ve todo iluminado, muy bonito. el apartamento es muy lujoso y tenía todo lo que necesitas para cocinar. El supermercado está justo debajo. La piscina muy bonita. Solo estuvimos dos días, pero con gusto nos hubiésemos quedado más.

El lugar es aún más lindo de lo que se ve en las fotos. Muy bien ubicado y de fácil acceso. La única observación es que los aires acondicionados no funcionaron del todo bien, y son necesarios porque hace bastante calor

Excelente. Limpio y ordenado. Muy buena ubicación. Solo un mínimo aspecto a mejorar. Podrían poner una parilla en el patio para un asadito !!😉

El apartamento es fiel a las fotos. Espacios amplios y bien decorados. Lo mejor es poder disfrutar de tu propia piscina. Las respuestas de Raúl el propietario y de Jorge el administrador son inmediatas. Todo funcionó a la perfección. Aíres acondicionados, estufa , refrigerador etc Sin duda quiero regresar.

Paola and her husband were exceptional hosts! They informed us about a $50 charge for leaving the AC unit on when the apartment is unoccupied, which reflects their commitment to energy efficiency—a policy I fully support. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to use their amenities, I can tell they are well-maintained and inviting. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This is a fantastic condo, and the location can't be beat. I stayed here with my family (husband, kids ages 4 & 6, and my in-laws) and we all loved it. The beach was right in front, the view spectacular, and we always had the pool to ourselves. We walked to town from the beach (really cute beach town) and drove 5 minutes to Playa Penca and Playa Prieta too. But we thoroughly enjoyed our beach front Playa Potrero too. I highly recommend it! Wolfgang was so accommodating (we booked the day we checked in) and his employee Erwin was incredibly kind and helpful to check us in.
