This cottage/condo was perfect for us as a jumping point to tour around Anchorage, Turnagain Arm, and northeast towards Glacier View. It was nice to arrive from a long flight and not need toilet paper! They had basic kitchen supplies, linens, and even shampoo and conditioner. The decor was cozy and comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The yard is very picturesque with the sounds of the creek and the nature trail right across the creek. They do have tubes and fishing poles available to use which is also nice. It is on a busy road and while outside you do hear the traffic, inside is quiet. I think a row of Leland cypress facing the road could really help buffer the noise if they are looking to improve that. The place was easy to find and access inside with combination locks. Erik and Amanda were very communicative and even gave us some great suggestions on brunch and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of downtown but it doesn’t feel that way. Peaceful and unobstructed view of the water. Quiet neighborhood as well. Great option!

Great location, nice, clean, safe, private. I would say it’s a tiny bit spendy but well worth it.

I was pretty sure I was going to enjoy this place based off location and the photos... It may actually be my favorite Airbnb to date, and I've stayed at a bunch. Sometimes stylish and artistic can look good, but not feel cozy or be useful. This place is functionally comfortable as well as being visually appealing. Sweet welcoming touches, and even bikes to borrow - I had brought my own bike up, but the option is there for others. Literally right on Ship Creek, I loved the sound of the babbling water, ducks and gulls. Also, being on Ship Creek means it's also right on the bike trail. I powered out a full Moose Loop right from the front door on Saturday morning. The bed is extra comfortable, as is the couch. Somehow the living room gets both morning, afternoon, and evening sunlight. I did yoga on the sun-dappled living room floor. It's not quite a full kitchen, but with the portable 2 burner stove top and ricecooker (and microwave, it's well set up to make a meal or two.

Perfect setup for 2. Great location! Would stay again.

Diane & Jonathon’s apartment was a great place for us to start our Alaskan trip in Anchorage. The location is perfect and has everything you need. Great views of the water and park! Would stay here again.

This place had great walking path and nice creek. It was priced well for what was offered. Amanda communicated excellent any questions we had she always responded. There were games to play, fishing poles and lots of yard games. We didn’t use any of them but it was nice it was available.

Great communication! answered all my questions quickly. Amanda and Erik helped me out while using TLA. Very clean and great location, thank you for being so accommodating.

Kathy's is the ideal spot for folks who want to be close, but not too, to downtown for its activities and dining etc. We enjoyed at the end of the day, sitting on her deck and just watching the lake and mountains. Clean and well kept, the house is very livable. We'll certainly look to see if Kathy's is available when next we visit Anchorage.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Very peaceful neighbors. You would never know you are right in town!!

You cannot go wrong with this place! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans and everyday spices. It's close to downtown, but just enough off the beaten path to be peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot right by Campbell Creek. Peaceful and out of the way, but still close to all the town things.

This Airbnb was simply perfect. Well appointed, spacious, with a nice back deck overlooking a small area of water (the bird watching was awesome). The 3 bathrooms are all equipped with bidet toilets and the beds were so very comfortable. Sharon was the best hostess - very communicative and polite. I wish we had stayed at Sharon’s the entire time we were in Alaska instead of breaking up our stay at two different airbnbs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine-in. You will surely love this Airbnb.

This Is a lovely, large, comfortable house. The kitchen was great to cook in. Lots of room, great cooktop and stove. The bathroom shower heads are excellent and we didn’t run out of hot water with 8 of us showering. Any issues were promptly resolved. We would stay again. Thanks for sharing your house.

This was my first time at John’s place and it was great! It was as expected from pics and description, including the wildlife. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. John was responsive and friendly without being intrusive. Willing to help if I needed anything. I slept on the king bed and found it very comfy. I traveled with two of my dogs and John was very accommodating by providing covers for furniture, toys, bowls, and even a leash if you forget. I would totally stay here again and plan to!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend away and we were simply blown away. Super clean, beautiful views, and great host. Great neighborhood as well! Thank you, Sydney- we will definitely be back!
