Heathers’s place was the perfect condo in a ski village, she had everything you needed, even ziploc bags which I always forget. Her place is comfy and the two bathrooms with three people was a lifesaver. The beds weee comfy and the place felt very spacious for our group of 3. The weather is Girdwood was not great but the Alyeska ski resort is very cool to see and you are still very close to Anchorage for groceries, REI, etc.

The place was way above and beyond expectations. Liane was very responsive and sent us info about the local restaurants ahead of time. The rental was spectacular as far as cleanliness and amenities already there. Being that the place was also right against a mountain was a plus. Way to many good things to say about the whole place. Worth every penny.

We've stayed at Ben's twice and it was so clean. The mattress was probably the best mattress I have ever slept on! The kitchen was fully stocked with Keurig coffee and bottled water too, an easy to clean electric stove top which I loved because I love to cook my own meals. There was even a few seasonings which was nice. The area around has tons of restaurants, parks, a mall, and activities within walking distance. Ben is very responsive, quick and polite. He met us outside and made sure we could get into the building easily. There is a nice big screen TV too with an electric fireplace below that was very enjoyable. It is also very quiet, the only noise you here is other residents closing there doors but that's it. I felt safe and comfortable here. I have zero complaints about Ben or his place!

We were so happy to stay at Evolve's cozy location! We felt right at home and the host, Mary, was super responsive and helpful. My colleague and I stayed for a work conference and it was easy to walk to the convention center and also find local breakfast and coffee shops along the way. We really appreciated our cozy home after a long work day. Thank you for a lovely time in Anchorage!

Visited for work. Had everything needed

I used this unit as a short term rental as I moved to the area for a job. It was furnished with everything needed to live comfortably. The kitchen is nicely updated with full size appliances, cookware, small appliances, and cooking utensils. The unit had pretty much everything I could want. The only thing I found myself wanting was an apple slicer and that was overcome with a kitchen knife. The main bedroom offers plenty of closet space for clothes along with a chest of drawers for smaller items. The bed is what’s typically found in a rental unit. The street is a one way street so there’s not a lot of traffic. The carport offers a nice cover from the rain and snow. There were snow shovels to clear the driveway. It was a pleasant home away from home and served my needs well. Shawna was good to communicate with. She was also helpful locating local places I needed to do business with. Quick commute to the airport and downtown area.

Awesome place in the heart of downtown Anchorage. Would recommend or stay again.

This is one of the very few listings that are actually worth booking, the pictures really do the place justice. I was satisfied with every single detail that I saw in person. Very safe neighborhood/area. There is a park next to the building, I enjoyed my morning walks.

Rowena was very warm, flexible and responsive I requested an earlier check in and delayed check out because of my training schedule and she happily accommodated. This apartment felt like home. I am very particular about cleanliness and this home was impeccably clean. It was well stocked, and warmly decorated. It had a large, walkthrough master bedroom closet, and the master bed was luxuriously soft, while also supportive. The view of the mountains was a therapeutic start to my mornings and lovely to eat dinner and study with in the background. The garage was large enough to fit a large SUV. I loved this stay, and would return in the future!

Great location! Close to everything in Girdwood and walking distance to the General Store, 3 restaurants, and a great coffee shop.

Great location easy access to restaurants stores, and to our son’s house. This was a great place for us to stay at while my son and his wife were having a baby. Our host and cohost was great at responding to any questions that I had would stay again.

Great place to stay, amazing value for the whole condo and easy to bring my dog. I booked last minute and was able to text and get the check in info within 15 minutes. Would recommend if you’re staying overnight or a couple of weeks in Girdwood.

We had a great stay at Amy’s Girdwood apartment. We came in on rail and left from Girdwood station and her place was close to the station. Girdwood is a quaint town, a taste of Alaska! The ski resort is right there as well. While we came in the summer, it would be a perfect place to stay while skiing! Thanks Amy for a great stay!

This is a wonderful location with great hosts and wonderful views. The hosts, Dan and Kim, were very responsive to our questions. The directions sent with other information were very helpful. Lots of great places to eat. The tram to the roundhouse was awesome and local gold mine where we panned for some gold. The house is beautiful and as described. Loved our stay. Will definitely book again if I get back to Alaska in the future.

Cozy spot right at the base of Alyeska! This is the perfect place for a ski vacation or as a launching point for any other adventures in the Chugach Mountains. Good value for the money and a nice kitchen for cooking in.

Awesome place to stay. Very home like, quiet, and peaceful place to stay. Its in walking distance to a grocery store and laundry on site so if you dont want to youll never have to leave the door step. Host always responds and acts in a very proactive manner very pleased to rent the property

This condo was perfect for skiing Alyeska. Walking distance to a few lifts, close to bars & restaurants. Super nice to have some staples available for the kitchen. Lots of coffee and filters, condiments in the fridge, spices for cooking, and foil/bags. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, pool table/ping pong available. Washer and dryers also available. Would stay here again.

Wonderful gem tucked right into the beautiful ski town of Girdwood! Even though we weren't skiing in September, the walkability to town, food and the brewery, was fabulous. There's even a neighborhood waterfall trail a short walk down the road. Jessica was an outstanding hostess and gave me so much great info before our trip when I inquired, along with instant responses during our stay when we had a few questions. The only thing that wasn't as advertised, was the jetted tub. It is indeed that type of tub but the jets don't work properly and only my left foot got a massage. But still a nice soak! I do highly recommend the Nordic spa at Alyeska Resort though for a day of pampered soaking right under the forest canopy. Epic! We heard the upstairs neighbor just a few times, but Jessica has a sound machine and extra earplugs in her bedroom and that was such a great touch that I haven't found anywhere else! Thanks Jessica, we hope to return again to your wonderful rental.

We totally enjoyed every aspect of this place and the surrounding Girdwood community. It was easy to access all the surrounding sights we wanted to visit and Lindsay the host was such a pleasure to work with! It was in a very peaceful wooded setting surrounded by mountains. Within easy walking distance of two of the nicer restaurants in town. Comfortable furniture and bed. Very nice kitchen and laundry area. (My husband asked me to add that the shower was large and luxurious.) We stayed 4 nights and had a lovely time. Great way to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary and our 50th state to visit!

This was our second visit to this condo. I am very picky with airbnb rentals and have often measured other properties against this one. It is very clean and well appointed. The location can't be beat and we enjoyed the views from the many windows. I wasn't just looking for a place to sleep, we wanted a comfortable and inviting common area to enjoy our time with a visiting family member. This condo offers that (moreso than any similar listings I saw advertised.) Megan responded immediatley to any questions I had, as she did the last time around. I will for sure be staying at this condo again and will recommend it to others.
