We were a group of 30 ladies, various ages, and we loved our stay!! The house was very clean and it had plenty of space and beds for all of us. It was a great stay, however, I would like to point out to small things. 1) the coffee maker is so slow so if you are a coffee lover, take this into consideration. 2) for such and large house, there is a lack of counter and dinning space. Other thank that it’s a great Airbnb.

We really enjoyed every bit of our stay at this location. It was very near to our event place and convenient. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious while the kitchen is pretty small for such a big house!.

This was perfect for our 15 guest vacation. There was plenty of parking in the neighborhood behind the house that provided safe parking that wasn’t right on the Main Street. The host was responsive and helpful instructions, and provided a beautiful place to stay

Beautiful place, very well furnished and homey feeling with all the things you might need. We were delighted. It felt more like staying at a family friend’s house on vacation than at an Airbnb. Would come here again.

Stephanie place was perfect. As a retired woman who was born & raised in HB; you couldn’t get a better location for the experience of what Surf City is. To walk across the street & stroll the boardwalk, the beach or an evening stroll on the pier was just what we hoped for in our stay. Stephanie had wagons & plenty of beach chairs & beach towels for everyone. So easy to pull our items across to the beach. The house was super comfortable and stocked. Comfortable beds & fluffy towels. Although we were in town for a sad occasion, Stephanie was very accommodating. We actually went to come back for a holiday visit. A+ host & beach house.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb over the weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was beautifully maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made our experience even better. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Great house in an established neighborhood close to Disneyland. There were 5 adults and 3 children staying at the house and it was very comfortable! We only had breakfast at the house and spent our days at Disneyland so can't comment on the barbecue or hottub since we didn't get to enjoy the outside area. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Disneyland; it's in great proximity to the parks. John and Candy were very responsive when we contacted them regarding an issue with one of the showers.

Great spacious home loved my stay!

our family was displaced by the Altadena wildfires and Carissa placed us at a 2nd house when there was no power in our original rental and checked on us daily. host was very pleasant. both rentals were clean and comfortable for my family and we were able to relax away from the fires and stay safe.

The place was exactly as listed and we loved it. The house was spacious, clean and had a great outdoor patio. Coffee was provided and there was plenty of utensils/pots/pans in the kitchen. We appreciated the washer and dryer, plus they provided slipper to wear inside the house. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed very safe. Without a doubt, we will stay here again.

John’s place was spacious and nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. The home was able to accommodate all of our guests perfectly and the beds were comfortable. The location was conveniently just a block away from a Target plus other stores and close to the freeway which was great for our Disneyland trip. I would definitely stay at John’s place again!

Nadia and Lee's house was perfect for our group of 7. The location is great and we enjoyed staying at their house very much. House was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Highly recommend if you're looking for a house in the area. Thanks!

Jack, our host, was very responsive and the venue definitely fit our needs. This is saying something as there were six adults and five children in our party. The residence was large enough to sleep everyone comfortably and the bonus was a large outdoor area in the back relaxing, playing basketball or throwing the football around. Unfortunately it was off season so we didn’t have access to the pool. The house allowed you to have some private time to yourself or enjoy it with your friends/family. The house is in an excellent quiet neighborhood and the location is perfect as it a close drive to Disneyland and Universal Studios. The keypad makes it easy to go in and out of the house. We had no reason to contact Jack but I’m sure that he would’ve been there if we needed to. I believe that we received excellent value by staying here and would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in the area.

We had a group of 9 adults and 3 children. With the king, 4 queen beds, a crib and a blow up queen mattress everyone slept well. The kids loved sleeping on the blow up in the living room with a fireplace. The kids also loved the Jacuzzi in the Master.

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay in Burbank! The property was beautifully clean and just like the photos. Loved watching the sun rise through the glass doors. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 7. It was a great base to explore the nearby attractions, just a 20 minute drive to Universal studios, and a 7 minute drive to a walmart. Wouldnt hesitate to book again if in the burbank area. Felt like a home away from home.

The home was as described and the perfect place for our family to stay when going to Disneyland!
