We had a great time at Taylor's place over Spring Break. It was very close to the beach and perfect for riding bikes or long boards on the boardwalk!!! We had 8 people with us and we enjoyed our time and the amenities that were provided. They also allowed us to use the garage, which was awesome for rental bike storage if you rent bikes for more than a day or two. Great place to stay!!!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was ideal, one block from the beach, and the house was exactly as described. Huge benefit to use the bikes and beach chairs! The owner was very responsive - we left an item and she worked quickly to locate the item for us and ship it to our home address. Also the A/C and showers worked great!

This was our first air bnb experience , and it was amazing ! So flexible, wonderful experience, great amenities. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, and everything was clean and exactly like the photos. Will be returning for sure! :) thank you!

The house was such an amazing location. Loved the direct beach access, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Emily was so clear with all instructions, including that the house does sit on a public walkway so we knew exactly what to expect. She even let us know that one of our main activities we were visiting for was really not close to her house, appreciate all the upfront information. Felt it was a great value for what we paid, already looking to book again.

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

Beautiful grounds. Currently renovating several buildings. Walkable to beach but shuttle might be a better bet. No walkable restaurants but convenient to beach towns of Newport and Laguna. Go to Mama D’s while staying. Golf is expensive for what you get in the area, Marriott rounds available at Pelican.

I was really grateful Lee was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Her communication was great. The home was better than the photos and stocked with things to make our stay easier. I wouldn’t normally book a place without A/C but it was cool and breezy and actually needed the heater at night. The pool was too chilly for us this time of year but the lights out back were so pretty we spent a lot of time in the back yard. We accidentally locked ourselves out (make sure to read your instructions and don’t lock the bottom lock on the door handle) but Lee helped us get back in pretty quickly. We only had a small bit of time to visit the beach but it’s so close and there are great bikes and some ocean toys. I would stay here again on our next visit to Huntington Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Zev & Melissa Forrest’s place in Long Beach. The house was perfect for our group of three couples—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the beach and the Long Beach Grand Prix, which was a highlight of our trip. The kitchen was beautiful, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

Jack’s place was just minutes from the beach—cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed. We had a wonderful time staying in Long Beach!

We had a delightful stay at Sue’s place. Right in the heart of town, with easy access to beaches, Main Street, and all the highlights of Seal Beach. Bedrooms were as-described and comfortable. The great room on the second floor is large, light and bright, with a nice “living room” sitting area with two facing couches adjacent to a “dining room” with a full-sized dining table. The kitchen is beautiful, large and very well-equipped — we hosted guests on several occasions and loved the setup for cooking and serving. Yes, the beach is a 3 minute walk, but having your own pool and small yard for sunbathing is the best of both worlds. Highly recommended.

Traveled for business. We were comfortable and able to have zoom meetings and felt like home away from home. A lovely property!

First Brian is amazing! Our family stayed at Brian’s beautiful home while in town for our father’s memorial service. Although it was a somber occasion, this serene and welcoming space truly became a source of comfort and connection for all of us. Brian went above and beyond to make our stay special—he was incredibly responsive and made sure that any concerns we had were addressed immediately with care and kindness. The home is exactly as described: serene, peaceful, and filled with thoughtful touches. The tranquil rose garden and cozy outdoor fireplace provided a quiet retreat where we would gather, reflect, and share memories. While we didn’t get the chance to use the many beach amenities provided, the options were there—and we look forward to coming back under happier circumstances. This is more than just a vacation rental—it’s a home filled with warmth and peace. We recommend it every chance we get. Thank you, Brian, for everything. We will be back!

It was a lovely place to stay for our work trip, very walkable and beautiful neighborhood. The home is easy to settle into and the kitchen has everything you need!

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The beach was so convenient and the property provided toys and also chairs for the beach, which were so helpful. We really enjoyed our time together there and made some good memories. The property was clean and description was accurate. we loved sitting out on the front porch with the fire on in the morning. Wow! Such a beautiful place...very clean, SO close to the beach and Alamitos Bay. Beds were super comfortable, great water pressure, garage with water toys. Overall, just a great place in a great location.

Beautifuly designed and updated home, was perfect for us four adults and my 3 young grandchildren, will look forward to the return! And the owner was available by phone to answer my questions upon arrival, thank you to your team!

This is the best place to stay in the Long Beach area. Oscar was a great host. This house has its privacy but is literally feet from 2nd street which is where all the bars, restaurants, and shops are and about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Not only is the house dog friendly but the whole town is. I would 100% recommend this air bnb to anyone traveling to Long Beach.
