The Sunnyside Retreat sits on 105 acre cattle farm, a charming spacious House. Beautiful countryside views from every window and a porch with plentiful seating to relax and socialize. Fishing pond, Woods, trails, butterflies, meadows - serene and lovely. Very large event center wirh ping pong, fire pit, (firepit) , volleyball basketball, and badminton, cornhole, soccer. "Rest A While". Enjoy our private guest suite that features a large main living area where the kitchenette and dining area are also located, a separate bedroom and private bath. This suite is located on the lower level of our raised ranch and requires the ability to use six steps. Check yourself in at the private front entrance with keypad. Driveway parking spot with paved lighted walkway to the entrance.

The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm is just 15 minutes from Steubenville, Ohio (about 20 from Franciscan University) and just an hour from Pittsburgh. This is a working homestead! The guest house offers privacy and seclusion while still giving you views of our land, animals on pasture, woodlands, and gardens.
