All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Excellent location. We walked to the boardwalk - about 25 min leisurely walk. Broadway on the beach was a 5 min drive. Many restaurants short drive or walking distance. View was perfect. Small grassy park next to parking lot for dogs. Easy access to beach. Outside pool was pristine. Inside pool, hot tub and lazy river were just ok (need cleaning and updates) but my kids enjoyed them. Enjoyed having coffee counter (served Starbucks) and restaurant (delicious breakfast) on site. Pleasantly surprised soaps, dish soap, etc provided - didn’t need to purchase any extra supplies for our 3 days. Great stay for my fam -including our dog! Clean floors and furniture, direct beach access, condo as described. Extra outlets in bedroom were considerate. The ACs running were a little loud for my liking. The Patricia Grand complex compared to a 3 star hotel in my opinion but was very dog friendly which was my priority for this stay. Thank you for a great option for my whole family!

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Nikki’s beach house was perfect! She was an extremely responsive, communicative & kind host! The house was exactly as pictured and was the right fit for our family of 5! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the sunroom was lovely, and there were games, books & toys for the kids which was a huge plus, along with the pack and play and high chair! The beach chairs, toys and bikes were also amazing!! We look forward to staying there again!

This home was great! There was six of us staying in this rental. It was spacious for all of us. We loved sitting outside on the patio by the canal. We were able to walk to a local restaurant, beach and pool. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall a great stay and Mary was an excellent host!

We could not have asked for better accomodation or location. Just perfect!

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

Had a great stay at Anna’s place 4 mins from the beach ! We had a group of 4 . Everyone enjoyed the layout of the home. A little space for each of us . We enjoyed a few days out ( one day in Tampa) and one full day of “ pool time “ Thanks again , everyone really enjoy your home and the area was very convenient to bounce around for some nice day trips .

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. We had a wonderful stay. This place is a gem. We would love to stay here again on our next trip. Sitting in the pool watching the sea was our favorite part of the stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and we slept incredibly well to the sound of crashing waves right outside our window. Even though the island has intermittent power outages, the onsite generator automatically kicked in and we continued to enjoy every luxury. The house was spotless when we arrived, which always makes a stay easier and more welcoming.

Carla is an excellent host! We enjoyed our trip to New Smyrna. The private pool and hot tub was nice to have after a day at the beach. Tons of extras that you don’t get at other places- plenty of towels, blankets, paper products, coffee, detergents, soap, shampoo/conditioner. Super clean and detail oriented to make the guest feel right at home! Thank you for an amazing home!

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

This Airbnb in Camuy Puerto Rico was an absolute dream! The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. It's tucked away in a peaceful, secluded area, far from the usual tourist spots (about an hour drive from San Juan) which made the experience feel so much more authentic and relaxing. I had to work during part of my stay, and Jorge went above and beyond by upgrading the internet speed to ensure I had a seamless connection. I truly appreciated that level of care and responsiveness. The space was well-equipped with two smart TVs, a gorgeous pool, and a grill that I definitely took advantage of. Even though it's in a quiet location, it's still conveniently close to essentials like grocery stores and great local restaurants. Overall, I felt like I had the perfect mix of productivity, comfort, and relaxation. Don’t hesitate to book this place, you’ll be so glad you did!

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

Great accommodation! We really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut House. The house was comfortable and the view was amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. It was nothing less than amazing. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. Shamori was always onsite keeping the grounds immaculate and was so friendly with the best smile! He even provided us with coconut jelly from fresh coconuts he cut down. I saw another review that mentioned dog poo everywhere and I didn't see any at all, not once. (Neptune is the sweetest btw and so well trained.) Ms Diana's cooking was so good. Everything we had was amazing. We tried about 20 things on the menu and there wasn't one we didn't like. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. And there was plenty of it too! We were able to keep our leftovers in the fridge to snack on. Ms Lilith and Ms Sheril were so sweet and were there for us if we needed anything at all. We did venture out a few times with Mr Nigel who was able to accommodate us whenever we needed. We cannot wait to go back!

2nd time staying at this air bnb and Oscar always provides the best experience. The pool and view is top tier!

Loved Jose’ b and b right next to the beach and a nice pool area. Lots of rooms to sleep our group. Host was also very good at communicating any needs for the rental.

The host was very responsive even at 1 am when we had trouble getting in . The place was peaceful -quiet ,steps from the beach ! Very safe area , police patrolling every hour , walking path and basketball court - playground nearby for kids. Cons -lack of hot water ,stove was not the best and beds were not that comfortable. However great value for the price, being right on the beach!

Steve was an excellent host. Super responsive and helpful. We had something arise the day before arrival and he allowed us to adjust our dates so kindly. Condo is at an excellent location and super nice! Amazing views and a lot of fun places close by. Definitely a great place to stay.
