The home was perfect, it was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our home away from home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home--pool, hot tub, tvs, arcade, putting green, fire pit, games, sitting areas, keurig, room to spread out. The home was very clean and all the appliances were in working order. Decor of the home was so bright and cheerful. Clear instructions were provided days before checking in to when we had to check out. The neighborhood was quiet and a short distance away from all the things we wanted to do in Sacramento. Now the host, wow, Rashad was above and beyond an exceptional host, very responsive and helpful for any questions or help we needed. I highly recommend him and this home, and will absolutely love to return in a future visit. Thank you Rashad, this was a truly wonderful stay.

Fawsia's place was amazing. Her and her husband Ash are wonderful people who greeted us when we arrived with their lovely extremely friendly dog Max. The place inside is beautifully designed with wonderful African art. We felt at peace and welcomed in this space and very appreciative of them to open up their one of a kind sanctuary to spend the weekend at. Whenever we have an activity to attend in Elk grove we will stay again. Wonderful people and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

Great stay. Super convenient to my required location and a much better choice than a local hotel. Quiet, day and night. Walkable. Felt very secure due to the established neighborhood. 👌🏼

We were three generations of extended family gathering from Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Oregon to attend a wedding. Fong's home was a great fit for our needs - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared space for spending time together.

This was our second time staying in Bill’s place. Bill is proactive, responsive, and communicated well before and throughout our stay. The location of his home is great. There is lots to do and the location is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Between the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and hiking near the river, our family has a blast.

Amazing stay at the Oasis. Everything was clean and the house had everything for a great stay. We had a special party for our son and the open family room and huge kitchen island and seating was great. As well as the outdoor spaces offering comfortable seating.

We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Host communicated clearly and left out a couple items for us to enjoy in the kitchen- appreciated the extra touches. The host was flexible for a last minute booking which really got us out of a jam. The extra little thoughtful items and such a clean space was extra meaningful. Very thankful. ❤️

The home is very well done and appointed. Very clean with everything you need for a stay. Just a few blocks from a lot of great restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

It was a perfect place to stay! Located right by good restaurants shopping and in a private little area. The home had everything we needed and especially had a fenced in backyard since we had our two corgis with us . I will be sure to recommend them to family and friends will come to visit. This place was great for a short weekend stay in Midtown. It’s far enough away from the busier areas but still close enough to walk. The backyard space is great for pets or to just be able to hang out and enjoy the trees. Everything was very easy to access and in great condition!

Marilyn's rental was perfect for our visit to see our daughter at UC Davis. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, a full sized well stocked kitchen and a nice hang out space in the living/dining area. The house is super cute and cozy, and the location is unbeatable right near the farmer's market, downtown Davis and the university. We would 100% stay again.

Eli’s Wanderlost house was very nice to stay at. We had plenty of room and everything you could think of was there at the house. It had an enclosed backyard, which was wonderful since we have two corgis. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay in a perfect location. Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

Beautiful home and breathtaking location. Elizabeth was very responsive. Only thing to note is the oven doesn't work well so we had to cook breakfast on the stove, not a big deal but took a while. Otherwise all great!!

Mike's listing was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Extremely comfy, very lovely up to date kitchen, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless when we had arrived and the check in was easy and fast. A very big selling point was the patio, it felt very nice and secluded and the peacocks and view while having a nice cup of coffee in the morning was a great way to start the day. Mike himself was very quick to respond to any questions and keeps the property up to date and very clean. All of this without gouging the bank account for me and my friends made the trip absolutely amazing.

Definitely lived up to its billing. We have stayed in probably over a dozen airbnbs and we both agree that this one was the best one of all of them. Leah was very responsive. We especially appreciated the inventory of food accompaniments left by previous tenants, a few of which we took advantage of. If you're a party of three or four and need two bedrooms and two baths, this is the place I would recommend.

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

Alfonso was definitely a great host. The place was nice and very clean once I arrived. Any questions that I had we was there to answer within minutes. I'd definitely book with him again if his place is available when I come back to visit
