We loved staying here. The house was quiet and in a gated community. We had everything we needed - plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. Kitchen was well equipped, and there was enough space for each of us to have our own space away from each other. Slightly further out from town, but that’s what we wanted. We chose this place because it seemed to have some typical Costa Rican charm! Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, the sweeping panoramic views stole our breath. Our hosts went above and beyond, greeting us with baskets of freshly picked fruits each morning that fueled our adventures around the farm.

Breathtaking view of the Arenal Volcano and the lake from our room. The beautiful flowers & plants attracted hummingbirds right up to our balcony. The onsite restaurant had friendly staff and delicious food - recommend the natural juices and desserts! Loved having breakfast included. Our room was more spacious than expected. Our stay felt very safe, secure and peaceful. Easy drive to explore La Fortuna, hanging bridges and sloth tours.

We had a great short stay, could return already to continue discovering the many things to do, bathing, hiking, and the like. Juan helped with every necessary hints and recommendations and was always responsive and open for questions. Many thanks to you Maribel and Juan! We loved how close to town we were but still seemed private and secluded! The area was calm and quiet we loved having breakfast outside our cabin! The area surrounding was stunning the inside was spotless !!! We also met their friendly little kitten! Place was awesome can’t stop thinking about it can’t wait for the next time we are in La Fortuna.!

Wow what an amazing view! Also an amazing garden full of hummingbirds and other lovely birds. Friendly horse that came to visit twice and reached its head over the fence. Neighbor Lilander gave us a picturesque horseback ride with a gorgeous jungle hike to a private waterfall. El Castillo is a remote, steep village. The bakery is terrific and the little market is super helpful. We enjoyed La Ventanita and Fusion for dinners. Anna and the other hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you!!

I loved our stay here!!! The photos didn't do the property justice!! The hammock was wonderful, and there were ample places to sit around the property! Loved spotting the wildlife on and around the property, and always found that we finding a new hidden gem at the property. The pool was a great size. Appreciated having a washing machine for clothes. Found our host to be extremely responsive and accommodating. Recommend them and this property with no hesitation at all!! Found the soda at the end of the street on our very last night, and it was so good!! Regretted not walking up there sooner in our stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay outside of La Fortuna. Accommodations were fabulous. Air worked well, chef was amazing, and space was exactly as described. There is a reason this home has so many y 5 star reviews. Magdalena is always responsive immediately and available for any needs. Highly recommend!

Cute and humble home with BEAUTIFUL views. Lots of beds in the rooms. One of the rooms has AC unit and does well cooling the home. Hosts are so kind and helpful. Ask about tours too, we toured with Daniel and he was GREAT! Definitely need a car or hire transport, home is in a little remote area but that allows for such beautiful views of the volcano. I’d definitely stay again

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die kleine Anlage war sehr gepflegt und jedes der 4 Häuschen verfügte über eine tolle Terrasse. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
